酒店地理位置優越，距離中央大街衹需一兩分鐘，也可步行去江邊、教堂、紅磚早市等地，離哈爾濱火車站車程也僅需十分鐘。酒店設施齊備、嶄新，衞生情況也很好，值得説一下的是酒店的枕頭很睡。服務人員的服務也很到位，基本做到有求必應。
