舊居民樓改建的民宿，樓道有些舊，房間裏新裝修，衞生乾淨，暖氣很足，入住很滿意！離2號線地鐵站步行7百米出行挺方便的。老闆很熱情！不錯！

一家四口出行，帶了兩孩子。兩張1.5米床。位置很好，距離火車站，中央大街等都比較近。房間衞生條件還可以。居民樓裏的民宿，樓道看起來比較破舊。但房間內東西一應俱全，晚上房間温度正好合適，蓋着被子剛剛好，所以整體睡眠不錯，房間也安靜，沒有噪音，老闆人也挺好的。總體評價還是比較滿意。

是朋友來哈爾濱回來，推薦的，確實好，環境好，乾淨，交通方便，吃喝玩，特別的方便，城市的中心地帶，老闆人好，給提供遊玩攻略，回城離火車站近，坐飛機✈️也有大巴車在附近，yyds
