位置極佳出門右轉走兩步就是索菲亞，出行超方便！！樓層夠高照出的夕陽街景很出片！服務熱情，提供的一次性毛巾是拆開的沒敢用，在床上還有上一波客人落下的衣服！繼續改進吧，祝生意興隆

設施齊全，熱水器，洗衣機，空調，吹風機，都有老闆很好，很有耐心，也很熱情，離索菲亞教堂特別近，衞生不是很好，馬桶蓋看上去特別臟，應該換一個了，床品不是一客一換的，很老闆反應了，老闆説讓保潔阿姨換一下，結果兩張床衹換了床單枕套，被套還是沒有換，不知道為什麼馬桶忘記拍照了！，地理位置很好，交通也方便！

Toilet smell is unbearable. Used air freshener but still bad smell. Corridor is dim and smelly. Building under renovation. No bath towel. TV - need to pay even if want to watch only news on cctv.
Room big and very good location.

The landlord's attitude was very bad, the room was very bad, the elevator didn't work and there was a power outage in the middle of the night. I had to carry eight pieces of luggage to the room by myself. My child was young and it was very cold. This was the most extreme life experience. I suggest not to stay in this hotel.
