Conveniently located nearby tourist attractions. Varieties of local food within walking distance. The only shortfall is no lift available. However, their staff are willing to bring up our luggage if required.

令人驚艷的民宿體驗，房間和照片一樣，乾淨舒服。地點超好，離地鐵中央大街、紅磚早市、中央大街都是步行的距離。民宿主人親切、事事有回應、雖然沒有電梯，不論入住或退房都幫忙提行李。

Ужасный сервис. Приехали в отель примерно в 8 вечера. На 2 этаже ресепшн, где находилась сонная безучастная девушка (абсолютный покер фэйс) . Дали номер на 4 этаже лифта нет, и тащила я тяжеленный чемодан ((( номер чистый, но за 3 ночи ни разу не вынесли мусор, не поменяли полотенца, не принесли воду и туалетную бумагу. К отъезду наше мусорное ведро просто не вмещало мусор. Если у отеля какие то особенные правила, тогда на английском необходимо объяснять или вешать уведомление. Расположение ужасное возле Арбата. Шум и грязь!!!
