設施：
1.設施非常齊全，房間內有智能小度，新風系統空調、可投屏的電視、加濕器、智能馬桶等。
2.房間外有自助洗衣機、健身房。設備非常齊全。
3.前台還提供周邊遊玩的景點紙質版手冊，真的是幫了我大忙，節約了我很多時間，讓我有時間去了哈爾濱市多個景點，沒有留遺憾。
衞生：非常乾淨，是我喜歡的酒店類型。
環境：
1.很不錯，出門不到5分鐘就到中央大街，10分鐘左右到達聖索菲亞大教堂，周邊步行可以到達道口菜市場、紅專早市，還有音樂廳等。
2.酒店是蠻新的，不管是走廊還是餐廳等公區，都是明朗且好看的。
服務：前台第一眼會在看到我時，停止與旁邊的人講話，站起來跟我溝通，保持彬彬有禮微笑服務，蠻不錯。還有在公區找洗衣機位置的時候，遇到客房阿姨和其他工作人員（沒穿工裝但他回答了我的問題，應該就是工作人員了吧）都會給你打招呼，蠻好的，讓身處異鄉第一次來哈爾濱的我非常喜歡。

前台態度非常熱情， 房間有小度， 智能客控的， 穿過一個商場就是中央大街， 有一些景點步行就可以到，十分方便， 省去了打車的麻煩 。滿意程度五顆星！

酒店位置很好 出門2分鐘到中央大街 距離很多景點都很近 晚上跟家人去江邊走走 累了就回酒店休息 房間的話衞生很乾凈 前台服務也蠻熱情 小姐姐很熱心幫我指路 告訴我怎麼走 總體來説很滿意 如果有機會再來哈爾濱 依然會選擇的酒店

第一天入住，給我一件前台旁邊的房間，特別吵！還發現房間沒打掃乾淨，桌子上有頭髮，告知前台沒人來處理！！！每天早餐也是，八點半雞蛋玉米沒了就沒了，説沒人送過來，態度還很不好，水果就一種（西瓜，還不新鮮！）麪包阿姨直接用手拿！早餐特別垃圾還不新鮮！樓下在裝修特別吵！電梯也壞了，兩個小時才修好！入住體驗極差！！！！不推薦入住！還六百多一晚！垃圾

酒店位於中失大行，我們訂的是標雙，寫的是27到30平米，實際住的體驗非常小，酒店應該是剛裝修的，有味道，除了房間小以外，其他還可以。
