1.被子破洞，很難想象現在還能睡到破洞的被子（衹拍了一處，還有好幾處）
2.垃圾還在地上，都沒有收拾。
3.隔音更不是一般的差，半夜十二點，我居然能聽到隔了三個房間的屋子裡麪人的説話
4.暖氣衹能説微微熱
睡一個晚上，衹能説又冷，又吵，而且還蓋着個破被子，，那麼多好評咋來的啊，而且價格也不低

預訂了房間內有大浴缸的房間，但是被告知沒有熱水，而且前台態度很差說房間沒有包含浸浴的！一個圈內三間酒店也是同一個集團，連司機也不知道是哪一間，走來走去，前台的接待也不是很合作，不願意帶我們前往酒店check in！結果是送貨來的麵包車師傅幫助我們找到這家溫泉酒店！到達時，晚上八時，前台沒有負責check in 的人員，等了很久才有人來！到酒店之後也花了1小時才能成功check in 上房！整體經驗非常差勁，以後也不再來！

設施老陳旧就象在预定前看别人的評價時说的那样自不必说，卫生还可以，只是水壶底部有白色的水垢让人不快！空调也不太热！温泉个人原因沒有体验，但接送机非常快捷值得嘉許！

we arrive earlier than our check in time and they assist us right away, we also ask for same floor room, and they grant us, what we love is the amenities, my kids love the hotspring which is kids friendly, they also have a airport drop off, and we are suprise it was 2 cars, and the driver is very helpful. There is also a restaurant there that the food is yummy, at 2pm we are trying to look for a restaurant and even they are on break they manage to make us yummy meal. So grateful on all the staff who assist us.

The price is very suitable. The facilities are a bit too old. It mainly accommodates tour groups. You have to go upstairs to have breakfast and soak in hot springs. It is not convenient to go to another building. It is okay in summer but a bit painful in winter. The breakfast is also average. It is just a deal.
