Cleanliness: super dirty, there are black parts in the room from not washing well.
Facilities: it smells bad, the carpets are full of dirt and the walls need maintenance.
The rooms that are in the hallways are horrible, they don't have windows to let the air in.
The worst of all is that they smoke inside, they even smoke in the restaurant area, it smells horrible.

they allow people to smoke indoors, ashtrays are provided in lobby corners & room. the strong cigarette smell travelled into the room. this ruins everything else the hotel has to offer. despite speaking with them more than once they barely could do anything to change this ‘norm’. they did offer us to change room on same floor on the very last night which we failed to see any difference. not recommended for non smokers!
