必須誇誇房東老闆娘，有什麼事都可以和她反應，非常熱情，也會盡可能幫忙解決問題。床很舒服，睡得特別好。
不太好的地方是離市區確實有點遠，除了731以外，去其他景點都不太方便，但這也是客觀條件限制，要做好心理準備。建議出行花10塊錢打車去地鐵站，然後坐地鐵去其他地方。
入住是自助的，我還有點不太習慣。另外第一天住的時候其實遇到了一點問題，比如房間太冷、空調壞了、一次性牙刷沒有密封好。這些問題本來有點影響心情，但老闆娘態度真的蠻誠懇的，也在努力解決，所以能夠體諒，不忍心打差評了。

我沒有拍照片，但是實際環境和圖片上的一模一樣，用的東西也很好，老闆人也很好，這是我所有旅遊中住的也圖片完全相符的民宿了，用的東西都是一次性的，紙巾都是新的，不會是上一個用完剩下的，會給一次性洗臉巾，刮鬍刀，浴帽等，現在很多酒店都沒有給這些，然後電視也可以隨便看，真的讓我都不想出門，隔音也很好，總之真的很滿意，希望以後有機會還能去哈爾濱，住玖居！

有一個小小的榻榻米，很別緻，房間也挺寬敞，洗手間也大，滿分，離731遺址10分鐘車程，在那邊去參觀的話很方便，去市區就不方便了
