大廳和樓道環境有些雜亂昏暗，其中一位男性餐廳服務人員穿着保安服又是服務員，我和孩子要坐在一起吃早餐，請他把放在正常就餐位的工作表和筆拿一下，説的很客氣，他有氣説，吃個飯還坐一塊！知名連鎖啊？！後來他可能也覺得自己過分了，服務態度有所改善。希望提高服務質量。

這次入住漢庭酒店，乾淨整潔程度遠超預期。踏入客房，床品潔白平整，沒有一絲雜亂與污漬，彷彿剛拆封般嶄新。衞生間更是亮點，洗漱台光潔如新，水龍頭鋥亮無水垢，馬桶內外都乾乾淨淨，還散發著淡淡的消毒水味。走廊裏，地毯一塵不染，沒有雜物堆積。公共區域的沙發桌椅擺放整齊，桌面擦拭得鋥亮。酒店員工打掃及時，隨處可見他們忙碌又認真的身影。在漢庭，乾淨整潔不是口號，而是實實在在的體驗，讓人住得安心又舒適。

因為考試選擇了漢庭酒店，體驗超棒必須好評，一進大堂，環境整潔明亮，工作人員熱情有禮，辦理入住迅速。房間簡約温馨，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得超香。衞生間乾淨無異味，洗浴用品品質也不錯。讓我驚喜的是房間的隔音效果很好，完全聽不到走廊和外面的嘈雜聲。早餐種類豐富，並且告訴我考試的話可以提前開餐，味道也不錯。位置也很便利，離地鐵站也近，出行節省了不少時間！

等入住前比較早 就在大廳休息 碰到那個短髮畫著粧的保潔阿姨上班，進門用怪異、鄙夷的眼神看我 並且看完還三步兩回頭繼續看 我尋思我就是撂腳在自己行李箱休息啊 有啥好看的？顧客惹你了？為什麼用那種眼神打量顧客？讓人特別不舒服
前台服務挺好的 很體諒顧客 除了開始的不愉快其他不錯 地鐵交通便利
