陪考訂的，優點是距離學校非常近，步行也就5分鐘，旁邊就是東西非常齊全的超市，周邊有很多早餐店、各種飯店、葯店等等，有室內衞生間，能洗澡，床很大，三個人睡都沒問題，提供拖鞋，有風扇穿衣鏡，走廊有冰箱洗衣房，夏天住非常非常涼快，晚上需要蓋被子。缺點是屋子活動空間很小，半地下室容易進蚊子，沒有窗户，衞生間的燈壞了，衹有一個亮度略低的燈泡，隔音不好，床墊子有點潮，而且比較軟一翻身就響，如果在屋裡吃飯衹有一個牀頭櫃不方便放置。整體來説如果衹是臨時住幾天性價比還是挺高的，店主人很好。
