房間衞生很好，水電和基礎設施都很方便，進屋就有回家的感覺，比入住賓館 酒店更方便、舒適一點，地暖也很足，旁邊就是萬達，很適合遊玩回來去散步。
房主的態度也很好，服務很周到，入住和退宿都很方便，因為是小區，所以司機也願意往這邊來，安全有保障。
