房間算不上很大，但是各個方面都值得誇一誇。房間乾淨衞生，打開燈那一刻很驚艷，床上用品很乾凈，沒有那種洗不乾淨的污漬，或者看上去很舊的感覺。周圍環境很清凈，離早市不遠，吃個早餐很方便。第一次遇到準備兩種枕頭的酒店，點贊！前台接待熱情周到，給工作人員點贊👍！避免行李箱磨損幫我墊了個墊，化粧品和洗漱用品也貼心的墊上墊子。進門還準備了小水果，很驚喜！挺好吃！這個價格來説真的物超所值。

很少寫評價，這家必須寫一下真實感受。
這是一家嚴重被評分低估的酒店，緊臨小童公園，帶孩子長者來玩住這超級方便。視野綠化空氣都很好，安靜又乾淨！開窗房間通風舒適，酒店規模較小，一層好像六七個房間，沒有旅行團入住的嘈雜！工作人員熱情，服務意識拉滿！房間乾淨衞生，性價比真的非常好！
因為第一晚入住的附近某濱四星級酒店，特意看了評分和星級結果又吵又破舊，對比下來真的無可比性。

我們住的是9樓的雙床房，真的，第一次來東北，第一個好映像就是這家酒店給的。特別熱情，環境乾淨衞生。所有的酒店裡麪的東西，都用一次性塑料密封的。我都沒有鋪一次性床單。地理環境也好，對面是個大公園，斜對面是個早市，不虛此行啊

這家酒店的前台服務意識很強，熱情周到，雨天出門還會主動提供雨傘，離開和回到酒店大廳都會打招呼問候，客房保潔員也認真負責，房間乾淨整潔，無可挑剔。早餐是中式的，菜品的味道不錯，連住幾天每天菜品都不重樣，看得出非常用心，美中不足的是早餐廳服務人員的態度有點奇妙，感覺像外包。儘管如此，酒店的硬件設施和服務品質都超預期，值得推薦！

酒店位置在果戈裏大街附近，離博物館地鐵站很近，步行800米不到，去哪裡都方便。步行400米到永和街早市，建議去吃特色早餐。酒店對面是小公園，晚上吃多了可以散步。酒店從外表上看很普通，但是性價比特別高！我們訂的雙床房雖然年紀不大，但是智能家居，還有一個小陽台！太驚喜了。而且酒店的衞生特別好，哪裡都乾乾淨淨的，裝修也很温馨舒適，沒有奇怪的味道。工作人員都很熱情，響應度高，出入都會問好，我朋友生日還送了小禮品（但我這個好評不是因為禮品哈哈，本來就想寫的）外賣是機器人送。這個價錢真的很值，從外表完全看不出來這個酒店服務這麼好，我之前住貴很多的酒店，也不一定比得過這個地方的細節：晚上上廁所會自動亮小燈，一次性馬桶套，水壺和毛巾都是消毒好用一次性袋子裝好。強烈推薦！
