This trip was very impressive with the hotel's service and experience. First of all, the hotel has a great location, with several shopping malls within walking distance. If you are tired of visiting the scenic spots, you can also experience a lot of things nearby. It is not far from the Music Gallery and it takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the downtown area. The newly opened hotel is excellent in all aspects, whether it is hardware facilities or service quality. The disposable items in the room are very user-friendly, including cosmetic cotton pads and cotton swabs, etc. Various switch controls are intelligent, and the toilet seat is heated. When I suddenly fell ill, the hotel staff was very caring and helpful. Because I needed to change rooms for personal reasons, the hotel also upgraded me to a better room type. I am very grateful to Ms. Han and Mr. Fan whom I met on the first day. They were very easy to talk to and had a great attitude. They deserve a bonus!
