All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.
