The front desk staff, Zhao Yihan, was charming and incredibly kind, professionally assisting us with a swift check-in. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, much to the delight of both the seniors and children in our group. Breakfast was superb, truly exceeding five-star quality. The dishes were exquisite and thoughtfully prepared, cleverly incorporating local Northeastern specialties; they even served freshly made Guobaorou directly to our table! The afternoon tea was exceptional, with a wonderfully refined ambiance that brought us immense joy! The hotel's location was ideal, a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, with Central Street just a 50-meter walk away. Every staff member was warm and genuine, making our experience truly delightful. Lizzy Hotel set the perfect tone for our first impression of Harbin – a perfect 10/10!
