Zhou Shen's concert made you so busy and flustered, and the manager was irresponsible. The front desk had to wait for several hours for cleaning after check-in, and the front desk actually let interns deal with it, which made a mess. The most terrifying thing was that the elevator was broken. There were more than a dozen people, including the elderly and children, trapped inside. They had no idea how to rescue them. They were just in a panic. I was scared to death. If I didn't want to get angry, I really would have argued with them. I sank several floors in a row, and they just apologized verbally.
