Overall cleanliness of the room is okay, the upside is its location as it is close to most businesses, however, the hotel facilities are in need of upgrade(windows especially to sound proof the club that is close by, iron and hair dryer to be included in the room, room card staying active at all times, wifi to be available throughout a guest's stay, for long stay guests due to business, a change in breakfast menu will be good, two-pin plug points near the bed area so that guests can charge their phones close to them throughout their sleep), if this is done, then this hotel can be of 4 stars.

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

I booked the executive double bed room online and upon arrival they told me I could not stay in that room for one night because someone else had booked that room. I refused and told them I can not take another room . i was then told to top up usd$15 because the online priced are apparently different from their original prices. I wanted to speak to the manager but the stuff made it clear that the maanger can not be seen. at a certain point I waited almost 2 hours at the reception trying to get hold of the manager. if you wanna stay at this guest house dont book online, rather go in person and see what you are paying for. the location is good but I was disappointed with their services. they also need proper tissues and towels in their rooms .

I’m glad I was able to look at the room before officially booking here, as I made a mistake and booked at another hotel and the pictures were nothing like that actual thing. I had a nice kind size bed, refrigerator, complimentary water, cable tv with Netflix and HBO options. There was an outside pool I’m terribly upset I didn’t get to utilize. Because I hadn’t made other plans, I was able to extend my stay for an additional night with no problems. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’m glad I stayed here; will stay here again my next visit to Zimbabwe.

Excellent quality hotel and conference center. The cuisine was international standard, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the conference center ran smoothly. All staff were especially helpful and friendly. This was a business trip, but I’d definitely stay here on the way to a safari. Thanks you

Visa on arrival is 60 USD. The overall cost performance of this guest house is high, after all, hotels in Harare are too expensive. There is free breakfast. The downside is that the WiFi is sometimes disconnected, the shower sometimes has no hot water, sometimes no cold water, and the water supply is unstable. For dining nearby, you can consider walking to Pick n Pay, where there are Chicken Inn, Bakery Inn, Pizza Inn, Nando's, Chicken Slice to choose from. Very safe place, safety was my priority! Very clean place friendly polite staff. Am reading others reviews and it seems same issues have been raised, please put a toilet brush in the toilet? Bathroom is not on a good sport! No light. But these are not essential. Above all, a very recommended place to stay! Very close to town and shopping malls and places you can buy food and other basics. Clean bedding comfortable bed. I loved this place. Thanks
