Super 8 by Wyndham Hanover

We had a family member here for an extended stay and the staff was so wonderful. She is elderly and they frequently checked in on her. I only wish they had walk in showers. She was not able to use the tub.

Terrible experience here! We looked for bed bugs and didn’t find any, but woke up with red bumps everywhere. People live in this hotel and conjugate out by the smoking areas. So do not recommend at all

Your online pictures are extremely misrepresented as to the actual condition of this hotel. It's dirty and it's dated. You're one managerr was working 3am to 7pn and was an absolute pleasure. That's your 1 saving grace her%gʻ

The hallway was missing the woodwork. It appeared they might be upgrading, but nothing told us that when we made the reservations or checked in. Our bathroom had plaster smeared on the upper wall and ceiling. The door to the bathroom hit the toilet when you closed it. There were no towel holders on the wall by the sink or soap plates to sit your used hand soap on. There was no foldout stand for our suitcase to sit on. The comfy chair in our room was filthy. I took the bedspread off the bed and covered the chair so that we could sit on it. We will not not stay at this motel again.

Staff at the property works hard and tries to fulfill guest requests the best possible. They’re genuinely nice and let us stay in the lobby after check out time. Good quality wifi and free parking with CCTV coverage. The only amenity I’d really suggest and may be most clientele won’t need is the fitness center (one treadmill and some dumbbells would do!). Thanks everyone at the property for a pleasant 5 nights stay.
