1. The hotel service process does not introduce the time of related equipment and facilities breakfast, and secondly, the breakfast is very ordinary, almost the same every day, the bottom of the swimming pool is dirty, and there are more flying insects in the afternoon👎 2. The cleaning staff has a good service attitude, and a girl at the front desk provides good service and pays attention to the needs and greetings of guests👍

The Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa was a good choice for our trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. The location was central as it was just a stone’s throw from some really awesome convenient stores, pubs and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 days during our trip. The room was clean and very spacious. Our room was cleaned and restocked with supplies daily. We did have some issues with the wifi and accessing Netflix and YouTube on the TV but those were minor inconveniences as we spent most of the trip exploring the great outdoors. If you’re looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Hanoi, I would highly recommended the Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa. The front desk clerks were so hospitable and helpful and they were also able to communicate in English.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Hanoi. Check-in and check out is very fast. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but that's okay. If you want to get to the Old Quarter, it's 15 to 20minutes Grab ride away. It's a new hotel, only 3 months old at the time of my stay and they take service very seriously! I had planned to stay only 1 night and decided to extend by 2 more nights. Very clean, comfortable and the overhead projector is a nice touch. If you need a retreat away this is a great choice. I got quite sick with a flu during my stay, the staff attended to me and made me fresh ginger tea. The front desk staff swiftly got onto her scooter to get traditional Vietnamese medicine that I had requested. They checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire stay. And I was able to do late check out comfortably without any hassle. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time that I visit Hanoi again!

The counter is located 2 buildings to the left from the actual apartment, but the apartment itself is serviced very well, there’s hot water as well with a small kitchen, fridge and cabinet, with a dressing table

It’s a very valuable hotel with family suite option for a group of friends more than 3. Breakfast is of good quality, counter service is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, walk distance to the west lake. Strongly recommend it!

The place is a bit far from the city centre, so it was hard finding a taxi (car) to take me back to the hotel at night. Maybe it would have been easier with a motorbike, I'm not sure, as a slightly disabled person I perfer to take car taxi rather than a motorbike. Otherwise, I'm really satisfied with my stay. My room was spacious, clean and modern with all kinds of smart devices, and also things to cook. I also loved the washing machine that had the dryer function as well! If I ever come back to Ha Noi, I'll definitely consider staying here!

Awesome place to stay, rooms are big, spacious and hotel utilities are good, had a very beautiful lake view outside, the sound proofing is maintained very well, I could get perfect sleep without any noise, had a pleasant stay. It seems like hotel lacks staff, rooms could be cleaned well, I found some ants wandering around on sofa, some hairs and tissue papers left by previous guests. It’s also impossible to get this good place in very low price.

The hotel is good and newly built. The room isn’t too big, but it is more or less enough for two families. We would like to come back again, but there were several issues that need to be improved: when we arrived, there was no knife, not enough towels, only a few forks and spoons, and no cups for drinking tea—just glasses. It would be great to have a microwave oven and a frying pan if there is a cooking stove. No one comes to clean the room until you check out. We wanted to stay longer and booked a room; they allowed us to stay in the same room, and the cleaner came to clean the room and change the towels. We had to stay for one more night, and we were allowed to check into another room earlier. Thanks for that! One more thing to mention is that there’s a school right next to the hotel and in the morning it could be a little noisy. Oh, and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom, would be great to fix it. But overall thanks a lot.

It was good to stay here. The room was spacious and spottles clean. Check in was quick. I like the location too even its a bit far from my work place but its near to the lake which was very peaceful

The hotel needs to improve a lot in cleaning the rooms for guests and the bathroom water is very weak hope the hotel needs to improve and the wifi when entering the room is not usable
