The hotel room is kinda old, and it’s quite disappointing, the hair blower is still those kind of really old fashioned one you have to press and blow. When we first got in the room, it has that kind of awful smell that’s really dusty, and even for the bedsheets it’s super dusty, we got nose allergy instantly. The housekeeping service is kinda bad, they don’t refill enough for the stuff and don’t clean well.
But their reception is really nice and we ate at their restaurant their service is super nice as well the food is so so.
Stay 2 nights. Receiptionists are really good and friendly. My credit failed because of my daily limit not enough. They didn’t charge me any deposit. Really helpful! But one thing I don’t like was they didn’t tidy up my room in second day. I don’t know why, because second day I left early and arrived in hotel around 8pm. Room was not clean up so I have to use the used towels again. This let me feel down. Need to improve for cleaning!
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. My room had a great view, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The gym was well-equipped and offered a stunning view while working out. Overall, a great experience!
The location and various facilities were good,
but there was an issue regarding the reservation condition and the process was inconvenient.
When checking in on Trip, the price for 1 person and 2 people was the same,
and usually there is no price difference for 1 person and 2 people when booking a hotel,
so I made a reservation without distinction,
but here, they said that I was registered as 1 person and asked me to pay the difference of 1,500,000 VND.
They must have their own internal policy,
but they didn't consider the situation at all,
and it didn't seem like market practice,
and they applied it too rigidly.
I also think that the difference is excessive.
I think Trip should also describe in detail that such additional fees may occur.
It was a trip where I could have a good time, but I was very uncomfortable because I had to worry about this.

The location of the map is different from the actual situation. If you want to experience the accommodation in Vinhome, you can try it, but the whole hardware equipment is full of Yangchun and a little advertising is not true, you can't see the lake view, the only advantage may be that it is relatively cheap. Vietnamese hotels are not expensive. Not very recommended for this kind of homestay
This is an apartment-type hotel in the My Dining area, so you have to check in and out yourself and receive the card from the mailbox.
Information desk security guard is unfriendly
The apartment floor is poorly cleaned.
Other than that, the amenities are okay.

The hotel staff were exceptionally professional, accomodating, helpful & friendly. Open the front doors before we even reached the hotel, came and grabbed our bags when they saw us approaching from a distance. Asked to assist us when we were within the hotel, from getting a grab car for us to asking us how our sleep and room was and if we had any concerns and they would attend to them straight away. I was blown away when letting them know the night before that we will be checking out at 4.30am the next morning to find out they had packed a breakfast to go for hubby & I. Highly recommend staying at this hotel- service & location is on point.

The location is great! The lake and the old town are about 3-5 minutes away, there is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and there is a Miyake supermarket, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel. All the staff are very kind. There is a smoking area in front of the hotel entrance.
I stayed with a friend for two nights.
Disadvantages
I chose this hotel because it was listed as [Newly built in 2023] on Trip.com, the photos were beautiful, and it had an elevator. However, will it be renovated in 2023? I wonder...
The wallpaper looks hand-painted.
The building and facilities look old no matter how you look at it.
The room has a handmade ventilation fan and it is cold.
It's common in Vietnam, but in old facilities, the toilet pipes smell a little...
And there is no elevator to the room! ! ! !
The staff carried my luggage up to the third floor, but it was difficult to take the carry-on down when I checked out.
I was able to take a Grab taxi from the airport, but it seems that the name was changed when it was renovated, so if I copy the address on Trip.com, I will arrive at a different location. It's close, though.
On Google, there is a [Walking Something Hotel? 】 to get the address.
There is a new hotel called 【MARO Hotel】 next to it, so it's probably best to use that address to find the hotel. I thought it was a new hotel when I got out of the taxi, so I went to that hotel first, and it was clean and the staff were very new.
And when I tried to call for Grab when I was leaving, it wasn't in a location where I could call for it, so I had to push my carrier right and walk about 300 meters to the left and come out onto a road full of big motorbikes, so it was quite a struggle on the way back...
It was a good location for sightseeing, though.

The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, so it was very convenient for sightseeing.
And the staff was especially friendly, which was nice.
It's perfect for sightseeing, such as the night market, beer street, outdoor performance hall, water puppet theater, etc.
Please use it a lot.
