I booked this hotel so last minute but they accomodated me so well!! They welcomed me in, gave us tips and recommendations for Hanoi, offered various services and the breakfast pho was so delicious. We got a free upgrade which we were so grateful for and the receptionist is so kind. The room was spacious and clean, and the fridge works great. It is right at the centre but our room was very peaceful and quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The location was perfect. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing. Room was clean and comfy. Food was very tasty.

Location walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake and many local restaurant. Comfortable bed, clean and good price.

There is a big difference between the photos online and the actual appearance of the reception and the room. The hotel is old, the rooms are not well maintained, and everything feels quite shabby. The stay wasn't pleasant. That said, the room is equipped with what you need, and it's possible to spend a night there.

The overall experience was good however what would’ve made the apartment more comfortable is having kitchen utensils and cookware since it’s an apartment.  Upon arrival, we did not receive clear instructions about the exact location and drove around for 20 minutes on the same street looking for the building which was within a narrow alley way. Not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area. We were booked there for four nights and thought there was no hot water but was only informed how to turn on the water heater on our third day. This was also the same day we the trash was removed and toilet paper refilled. Take note that your apartment is not cleaned for the duration of your stay.  Besides this the apartment is okay and is suitable for a short stay on budget, it has some of the basic amenities but can do well with a few more items to make it comfortable and practical.

I chose this Hotel because of the location which is very near or facing Hoan Kiem Lake. Unfortunately upon arrival at the hotel (which we waited for 30minutes as front desk is not on her position) the front desk informed us that the guest occupying the room where I booked is at the hospital due to medical emergency, which i think is a scam because i backread all reviews on this hotel and they're telling the same ”excuse” which really pissed me off. They ”endorsed” us to their sister hotel which is in a courtyard. Also instead of booking taxi to pick us up on the original hotel, the staff just let us walk with our luggage!!!! So much hassle!!! I was about to cancel the reservation but there's no available hotels near hoan kiem lake that day so we just decided to stay. The room is spacious and clean. Good thing their breakfast is delicious else we will really ask for refund. However the location of the hotel is in the courtyard, so whenever we book for grab pickup or when the tour guide will pick us up. We have to walk 200-400meters just for the meetup. We also often cancel grab pickup due to location issues. Advice: Make sure to contact the hotel first and have assurance on the hotel location you will be assigned to before booking. Else you will experience the same fate as ours.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The service was very good, cleaning every day. Likewise, the breakfast was very good, a lots of variety and of high quality.

Location is a bit far to the old quarter district about 1.2km but just beside branded shopping plaza. The front desk shows a warm welcoming and helpful. First room we booked was studio room, it was too small for 2 person and we requested to upgrade our room, finally we got a deluxe twin room in next day and it is much bigger than studio room, twin bed able to join be a super king bed. Due to my birthday, I got a free upgraded room, very appreciate to their offer. The hotel and room environment are very modern, free laundry & comfortable dining area.
