There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

This hotel has an unbeatable location! Just a short walk to numerous local restaurants offering delicious traditional dishes. We were also within walking distance of many tourist attractions. This is a newer hotel near Hanoi Station. There are snacks and water on the first floor, but they are expensive so it's better not to buy them (it may also be used as a ”rest room”). The hotel is clean by Vietnamese standards, but compared to Japanese business hotels, the bathroom facilities may be a little inferior. Still, the basic facilities and amenities are impeccable. There are many art shops in the area, as shown in the photo, and the streets are stylish, so it's nice to take a walk.
