The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right in the prime downtown area. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast, in particular, stood out with its wide variety and delicious options. The freshly made omelets and waffles were especially impressive, definitely setting you up for a fantastic day.
However, we've also taken note of two minor issues you pointed out: Firstly, some of the facilities are indeed showing their age, such as the noticeable wear on the lobby sofas. Secondly, the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. We've already forwarded your suggestions to the hotel management. We understand they are planning renovations and upgrades, and complimentary water options will be available soon!
In fact, the hotel recently upgraded all mattresses to incredibly comfortable ones, and many guests have reported a noticeable improvement in sleep quality. If you visit again, we highly recommend trying their Executive Floor, which was just renovated last year and features a 24-hour complimentary beverage bar!
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We are committed to continuous improvement to ensure every guest enjoys a more comfortable stay.
The rooms are very clean, convenient with a lot of equipments. Employees are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. The spa is also very good for massage and not so expensive. I highly recommend this hotel and the apartments.
This boutique hotel is located in a secluded alley near the Temple of Literature, and was a charming place where you could experience the local atmosphere of Hanoi. There are many local restaurants and small shops scattered around, and you can experience the lively local life in a quiet environment. The hotel itself is small but cozy and has a calm atmosphere. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay while experiencing culture and history.
The Vietnamese staff were very friendly and made my stay comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff are an important element of any travel destination, and being able to feel the local warmth is also appealing.

Wonderful Stay – Thank You!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a big thank you to Pham Thi Hoa for her exceptional service! Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience truly special. The hotel’s hospitality is outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Great job, team!
Excellent service, 5/5 for their polite and friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out experience. Very accommodating. I was stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel so I wasn't able to check-out before 12noon but they were very understanding and told me not to worry about it, and I wouldn't be charge a late check out fee.
The room was a bit dim for my liking but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. View was not so great because there was construction in front but I didn't notice any noise from the outside.
The apartment has a large balcony with a great city view. Beautiful furniture and fully equipped with AC, kitchen, and washing machine. Quiet and clean space.
Our 2nd stay in a week - we enjoyed our stay again staff were great , friendly and helpful, location excellent, breakfast delicious but unfortunately room 601 we stayed in was not the same standard as our room last week room 501 which we paid the same amount :(
Overall, a good option for the money.
Convenient location, away from the road, in a quiet alley. There is a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. The bed has a hard and comfortable mattress and a projector instead of a TV, which adds to the atmosphere.
There are comments that could be improved, but I will not reduce the rating for this, because it did not bother me. There was hot water only on the day of arrival, the water in the sink does not drain well, sometimes you can smell the sewer. There are small ants in the room, which is typical for Asia.

Very Good
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
The room was large, with a huge bed. The windows overlooked the alley. It was noisy one night, since there was a bar nearby. I asked to change the room, but of the available rooms there was a smaller one and its windows overlooked somewhere in the courtyards (not a great view), so I decided to refuse and stay in this room.
I can't say that the room was perfectly clean. For example, there was dust on the lamps. I also noticed that they did not wipe the ventilation (the grate was dirty). However, for me it was not critical.
They cleaned every day, changed towels every day, and there was always bottled water, tea bags and coffee (all this was free). The shampoo and shower gel had an amazing smell. The bathroom was clean.
However, the room itself was morally outdated. It should be updated. Also: half of the sockets in the room did not work, and the lighting was also poorly adjusted.
The breakfasts were buffet style. Breakfasts were delicious, excellent, no complaints.
The staff is polite and smiling as usual.
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Temple of Literature. The airport is 30 minutes by taxi. The center (old quarter) is 15 minutes by taxi.
Overall, you can stay here, not the worst choice, but I think that either the room stock needs to be updated or the prices for the room need to be reduced.
PPechsreyrathThe room was unexpectedly big and clean as well as the toilet. The price was good and they also provided breakfast. However, the only thing that I don’t like is toilet door because it seems like it’s see through.
SSEJINBecause it's a plane arriving in the early morning, I chose a dormitory close to the airport for a short sleep, but I don't recommend it. It's not very close to the airport, and the dormitory is very small and humid. However, if you stay here and go to the city, there is a train station nearby, so you can feel like a Taiwan train trip even in a short time.
RRama SakhaUnfortunately, the free room was not found in this hotel, so we were sent to the nearest neighbor of this A25 hotel network. The room was given with a small window that didn't open because of which it was very dusty. Overall okay, because of the holidays, the prices were not overpriced. Tomorrow was delicious and the choice was enough for a short stay. Thank you
PPaing Khant NaingI was there for two nights. Their service is really good while we are checking in at the midnight as the flight was delayed. The hotel has message service. Plus . I love the room size: wide and tidy.
다다모아It's clean and well-maintained. The hotel is friendly and close to nearby tourist attractions. It's located in the market area, so there's plenty of food to eat. The room was almost new. It was quiet, and the internet worked well. I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd love to stay here again.
VVikas The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
