What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.
This hotel is incredible. Location within a local street, can be very busy during morning peak and evening too. It is surrounded by many local F&B stalls/shops (PhoBo-Beef Rice Soup Noodles, Ga-Chicken) and middle level F&B (Tien Sushi, BBQ & beer, and one nearby big Beer and grill restaurant).
Its facilities include indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi, gym, alfresco cafe, International cum Japanese Breakfast buffet, a rather Chinese roast delight restaurant, local mini mart, a chill out bar).
What makes me book a few times : International cum Japanese Breakfast buffet, Clean and quiet room designed according to Japanese decor.
That was a perfect place. Very kind staff overall speaking. Wonderful breakfast buffet. High speed internet which helped me a lot for my teaching and meetings. I would love to be here again. Above all, my prime king room looks exactly as in the photos and even better. In short, this place is a perfect choice. I wanted to stay here more but I was not able to extend the same type of room.
The only shortcoming is that I arrived early and I had to choose between waiting 5 hours or pay one full night to check in early which was a bit unfair in my view.
Once again, thanks for the perfect services provided. 🤗👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clean, great bed, comfortable.
We did not spend long here but had a couple of hours sleep lay over. Thank you to the young night shift lady that checked us in.
Next morning young man was very hwlpful with our taxi booking. Thank you
A good choice if you’re staying a week or more. Easy access to downtown or elsewhere by car. Small apartment with kitchen stocked with all the essential equipment (dishes, flatware, pans, etc. ). Bedding is comfortable, but a bit firm. Nice couch and TV. New rug. Great breakfast. Very clean throughout. I could do with fewer artificial flowers in apartment and fewer, larger, better paintings in halls, but that’s minor and a matter of personal taste. Highlands coffee shop and bun cha nearby. We didn’t find much in the immediate area, so stop at Big C or a minimart for groceries.
I had a business trip in Vietnam and spent 1 day in Hanoi. Although I didn't have much time here, the apartment made me very satisfied. Fully furnished and equipped. The host who guided me was very enthusiastic and funny, one could say he was professional. I hope to have the opportunity to come back here. Introducing this place to everyone
Wonderful apartment, very clean, beautiful view from the window. There is a kitchen with dishes. There is a washing machine, very convenient! The location is excellent! A shopping center is two steps away. And across the intersection there is another shopping center! Any request is immediately responded to via WhatsApp. I recommend booking!
This is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in Hanoi so far. It is not noisy, convenient and safe.
This hotel is next to the Japanese Embassy. There are many delicious restaurants opposite. There is a supermarket downstairs with all kinds of things.
Overall, it was pretty good. We had a two-bedroom apartment, and one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke at first. The customer service said that the room was full and they couldn't change to other rooms, but someone came quickly to help us deal with the smell. The service was great.
The location is very good, there are two shopping malls next to it, which is convenient for shopping.
As shown in the picture, only a 45-degree view of the city can be seen, and the front is blocked by the building in front.

GGuest UserThe service is very good. This is a serviced apartment. On the M3 floor, if you can't find a place, call the service customer service will also get a detailed address. The room has a very good view and is very comfortable.

KKevin Chin SGMy stay at Hi-Home was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to fellow travelers. The excellent location, comfortable amenities, and attentive service make it a great choice for your stay in Hanoi.
GGuest UserIt takes about 30 minutes if it is crowded in about 20 minutes by taxi to the old town. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to Lotte Mart, but it takes more time if you are not used to crossing the road. There are few restaurants nearby. There is no convenience store. The room is large and the suitcase can be spread. There was a bathtub and the water pressure was sufficient. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 people, but for some reason we got 9 bottles of water. Breakfast is at the lowest required and you can get * dishes and pho. The seasoning felt a bit thin. They kept my luggage even after checking out, and it's a little inconvenient when I go to the city, but it's enough to sleep and stay.
GGuest UserIt is located next to Lotte Mall in Hanoi. It is very convenient for shopping. The community is high-end and has a good view. There is also a washing machine and dryer and some kitchen utensils for use, as well as a large refrigerator. I almost went crazy when I checked in at the beginning. There is m1. There are three hotels, m2 and m3, and I don’t know where to ask and who to ask. The counter kept saying that they didn’t know anything, and the platform couldn’t contact the landlord directly. It took us an hour to check in... It was really troublesome.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very welcoming, the staff is very welcoming, the price is reasonable, cheaper than other hotels of the same type, it is recommended, there is breakfast in the morning, although it is single, but the taste
萌萌哈哈YugaThe breakfast is absolutely terrible.... It's too unpalatable. Maybe it's because we have been there for a few days. The meal is very perfunctory. It's okay to be perfunctory, but it's not tasty... The dining environment is also average
The accommodation environment is pretty good. Chinese tourists go. They basically like to arrange two rooms 201 and 202. Pay attention. Don't these two rooms, the noise is loud and the air-conditioning noise is loud. There is a wind outside, and the house sounds like a tsunami...
