My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade.
One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic.
The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable.
Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment.
On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to.
The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub.
The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby.
However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.
Brilliant experience from start to finish!! Staff extremely helpful as where the tour people involved with hotel. Gym was excellent with on site spa and swimming pool would definitely recommend
Very Good

the apartment is spacious and comfortable. the shoping center is inside of the building, so it is easy for us to find something to eat. the owner welcome us, help us check in and answer every our questions. We love him, love our stay and definitely come back. hope you have a great business. Thank you
Nice hotel with great facilities but best thing is the staff - helpful, friendly with good level of English. Will stay here again next time I am in Hanoi.
I went to Vietnam on a business trip on April 13th and stayed at Vinhome Apartment for 3 days. The overall experience was quite satisfactory.
1. Location:
The location is very convenient, in the city center, next to Lotte Mall, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
But if you want to go to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town, you need to take a taxi for 15 minutes, which costs about RMB 10.
2. Environment:
The surrounding environment and the environment inside the apartment are quite good (as shown in the picture). It is an apartment in a building.
I live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1-living room apartment, and I live in a small room (as shown in the picture).
There is also a master bedroom and a private bathroom (including a bathtub) that I didn't take pictures of.
I took pictures of everything else, and the environment is pretty clean.
3. Facilities:
The apartment is equipped with disposable toiletries, a water dispenser, a microwave, 24-hour hot water, and WiFi.
The facilities are also complete.
4. Service:
The apartment has no service, so you should be mentally prepared for this when you stay in the apartment.
The advantages of the apartment are: cheap, large space, and many rooms.
Disadvantages: The apartment is cleaned once every 3 days. If you clean it every day, you will be charged an extra 4 yuan. There is only someone to pick you up on the first day of check-in. No one will come until you check out (just close the door and leave).
So if you want attentive service, you must go to a star hotel, but the price is definitely not comparable to that of an apartment. It is definitely not as cheap as an apartment.
Note: Register your passport information with the apartment manager in advance when you check in.
5. Complaints:
I stayed there for three days and was quite satisfied with everything.
The only thing I was not satisfied with, or even hated, was the lobby security at night.
When you come back during the day, you can follow others into the building elevator, or ask the front desk or security in the lobby to open it for you. (Because there is no Face ID password to enter the building for short stays, only to enter the room)
But if you come back after 11 or 12 o'clock at night, the night security is difficult to deal with.
The first time I came back at 12 o'clock in the evening, I explained to the lobby security for a long time. I was renting inside, and he still opened it for me later.
The second time I came back at 1am, the night security guard refused to let me in, even though I had a check-in confirmation letter from Ctrip, a check-in notice from the housekeeper, and even when the housekeeper told him that I was staying here. I had to ask the housekeeper to find someone to pick me up, and I waited in the lobby for an hour.
So, if you come back too late, don't choose the apartment. This is the only and biggest disadvantage in my opinion.
Although the housekeeper will find someone to open the door for you, it's too troublesome and you have to wait for a long time. What if you come back too late and the housekeeper is asleep? I can't imagine what to do. Sleep in the lobby?
Serviced apartment in an area quite far from the old quarter. Very good value for money if you need some peace and quiet and some space. Well serviced secure and great for families. Pool area looks good too but we didn’t use it as it was too cold.
My building is right next to the shopping center, very convenient for shopping😎😎The room is very clean. Apartment have all the necessary amenities and furniture. Doris is very enthusiastic, extremely friendly and supports quickly🥰🥰We will definitely come back here when coming to Hanoi and recommend it to many people🇻🇳🇻🇳❤️❤️
The hotel location was really good. It was in a quiet alley, so I was able to have a relaxing time away from the noise of the city. The service was really good, and the staff was very friendly. The room size was just right, and the view from the balcony was really nice.

A good place to stay.🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
CChristianThe apartment itself is very nice and part of the Vinhomes Metropolis district. These buildings always have a mall, so you can eat, shop, etc. The neighborhood has a very Japanese feel, which we really liked. The problem is the landlords. You don't get any information in advance about which of the three buildings your apartment is in. You have to call them and then wait a long time for them to come and pick you up. The room is actually cleaned, but not when you want it to be. We really wanted to extend our stay and asked the landlords directly whether we should do it through them. They then wanted over 1,000,000 dong more than we had paid ourselves on Trip.com. They then tried several times to get us out because they didn't want to pay the fees to Trip.com. It was all very strange, but we still enjoyed our time there.
GGuest UserIt is located next to Lotte Mall in Hanoi. It is very convenient for shopping. The community is high-end and has a good view. There is also a washing machine and dryer and some kitchen utensils for use, as well as a large refrigerator. I almost went crazy when I checked in at the beginning. There is m1. There are three hotels, m2 and m3, and I don’t know where to ask and who to ask. The counter kept saying that they didn’t know anything, and the platform couldn’t contact the landlord directly. It took us an hour to check in... It was really troublesome.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very welcoming, the staff is very welcoming, the price is reasonable, cheaper than other hotels of the same type, it is recommended, there is breakfast in the morning, although it is single, but the taste
DDmitriMayThis is a small budget hotel located in a quiet place. The room has everything you need: furniture made of natural wood, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan and a TV. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need: various cafes and shops, a market where you can buy fruit, beauty salons and massage. Good transport links: buses are clean and run regularly. Lotte Mall is nearby. There is also a lake nearby with many cafes around it. The zoo is also nearby. The hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio.
