Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area. We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in. Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression.

Recommend this hotel! Great clean, large rooms and staff are lovely. Pool is VERY refreshing and breakfast is very varied and delicious. On another note - I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the travel service this hotel provides. I have never received such wonderful, prompt communication and we did a 10 day trip (many different excursions) at a very competitive price. Even when there was a hiccup with dates, he staff work tirelessly to rectify - even at 10pm!!! Highly recommend this stay - yes, some night can be slightly noisy but earplugs are provided and we slept soundly. We knew we wanted to stay central and knew the risks of that!

The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The lighting was cozy, and the furnishings—including a comfortable work desk, cushioned chair, and large bed—made the space feel both functional and inviting. The room included modern amenities such as a smart TV and a stylish bathroom, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the soft pillows, blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep, and the overall quiet environment. The hotel corridor was clean and well-lit, giving a strong first impression. This stay truly exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind.

The hotel was everything my partner and I could’ve ever wanted in a new country .It was close to everything ,I was able to walk almost everywhere .There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and a few stores near the hotel .The room was spacious and had a mini fridge,a wardrobe and a cute little balcony .The hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay .I will definitely come back here

It doesn't quite live up to the photos, but it offers great value for money. **Hygiene:** The toilet had a slight smell, a minor issue. **Location:** It's very close to the popular 'Train Street', just a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, plus banks for currency exchange. The location is fantastic! **Service:** A staff member greeted us and spoke excellent Chinese, helping us with addresses and getting a taxi. The front desk was also staffed late into the night, which was great. **Facilities:** The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the restaurant/bar area had a great atmosphere. There's even a sky bar on the rooftop. While a little pricey, it was still acceptable.

The room isn’t spacious, but it’s well-suited for a solo stay, with smart use of the limited space. The city view from the high floor is pleasant. There was some noise from trains coming and going at the station right in the opposite side of the hotel building, but it wasn’t too loud or disruptive. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and remained nearly the same throughout my 3-day stay.

I loved my stay! The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities. The common area is cozy, with futons, sofas, tables, chairs and pool table. The breakfast was good and the service was very friendly. The location is also excellent, on one of the main streets of the old quarter. I highly recommend it!

The hotel location is very convenient to go any places. Around this hotel, you may just walk to old quarter, Hoa Lo Prison, Uniqlo, Hoan Kiem Lake, Joseph's Cathedral, Train street. You also can enjoy the delicious local food, milk tea, King Roti and 4p's Pizza just short walk distance about 2min! If you need buy some grocery, nearby this hotel got Circle Mart (just 2min walk also). If you need massage service, in front of the hotel got a lot of shop for you choosing.

At first, I was offered a room on the 5th floor without an elevator. I asked for another room, now on the 3rd floor. It was tiny, with constant light, a frosted door and glass above the door, and a skylight without a curtain. A complete disgrace. The kitchen has no stove and a washing machine is for staff use only. You can hear even the slightest noise in this house. This homestay is completely overpriced.

The hotel contacted me on WhatsApp before our stay to offer tours to other cities since they’re also a travel agency. We didn’t reply, but when we arrived after a long flight, instead of checking us in right away, the staff still tried to sell us some tours. I didn’t really mind, but I was tired and wouldn’t book anything last minute anyway. The elevator is quite slow, and even with it, you still have to go down one flight of stairs to reach your room. As soon as we opened the door, there was a strong unpleasant smell. The staff said it was because they had just cleaned and suggested we leave the door open for several minutes — not ideal when all you want to do is rest. They provide complimentary water, coffee, and tea, and breakfast is included. However, the breakfast spread is the same every day, and the bread is already pre-toasted, so it’s cold by the time you get to the small dining area. If you come down late, there’s usually not much food left. Basic toiletries like towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo are provided. The bathroom has a bidet, but the shower’s water pressure is quite weak. Note that the hotel is **not accessible by car** — taxis will drop you off nearby, and you’ll have to walk a bit and find your way via Google Maps. The location is very central, just a one-minute walk to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and spas. It may look a bit sketchy at first, but this seems typical for the Old Quarter area. Soundproofing is poor — you can hear noise from the street and even from the next room. Some balusters on the staircase are coming loose, and there were red hairs in the shower area, which suggests it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The facilities overall feel quite old. If you’re particular about cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not meet your expectations. But if you just need a cheap, central place to crash for a night or two, it’s manageable.
