Hanoi Huyen Hoai Duc Hotels

This is the third time I stayed at Hanoi International Hotel. The front desk staff always asked. The breakfast in the hotel is also very nutritious. The bosses are all Chinese and are enthusiastic to provide help. The hygiene is also good. This is a hotel worth staying in Hanoi

房間很小，床四周過人都困難的感覺；隔音很不好，一整夜都是摩託車聲音特別的嘈雜；進出見過好幾次服務員給其他房間換床單被套感覺衞生還可以！

在大馬路邊上 噪音太大 難以入睡 早餐不好 自己在外面買的吃 附近吃飯買東西都困難 下次不會再來

Small hotel, relatively clean, many restaurants around.

Nice room. Not easy to find for 1st time stay. Have to go into Circle K and up the stairs to the front desk. No lift. Nice room. Nice view. They forgot to serve my breakfast 🥲. Overall is nice. May or may not stay again. will consider.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well decorated and clean which gave me a comfortable stay in there. What I impressed most are the services provided. We were served with welcome drinks and some vietnam sweets upon arrival. While we were briefed on the facilities and breakfast time by a staff, our luggage were sent to the room which was already in a good temperature when we got into the room. Fruits were prepared and placed on a table with a welcome card. We were also given vouchers for free cocktails on the roof top bar with a nice scenery of the lake. Further, the staff were very friendly and helpful on suggesting places to go and assisting in calling grabs to get around the area. Special thanks to Jennie who has been taking care of us during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Hanoi.

Location is good, convenient to 36 Ancient Street and Hoan Kiem Lake Scenic Area

It's a Korean hotel The meals inside are all Korean cuisine😊 All pretty good👌 But because the weather is cold, There is only an electric heater in the room. It’s not that heating and cooling are so convenient.

Good location, there are many choices for eating and coffee shops nearby, very good shopping, staying on the seventh floor of the top floor when checking in, so it is very quiet, the equipment is very new, the air conditioner is very cold, sleep well all night, the counter waiter is very good, the waitress on duty in the afternoon is very responsible for dealing with the problems I encountered, I will stay again next time I come to Hanoi and recommend it to travelers who want to stay near Hoanjian Lake.
