Hanoi Huyen Chuong My Hotels

This place is a one / two days stay for golfers. The place is good for servicing local Vietnamese and Korean people. Overall the rooms are really beautiful and modern. Our room was with the balcony overlooking the golf course. Good thing, that it's only 10 minutes walk to the golf course to play. Good thing about the hotel is that there is a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. For vegans it's not the place to stay, because all dishes out of the menu are veggies and tofu (only by request). The staff is nice, helpful, but apart from the manager and one waiter no one speaks English at all. Also, they give breakfast vouchers and some days, there's no buffet but just dishes to order (again for vegans there's only cornflakes with soy milk). Hopefully, the place will be more foreigner accommodating and flexible.

Nice room. Not easy to find for 1st time stay. Have to go into Circle K and up the stairs to the front desk. No lift. Nice room. Nice view. They forgot to serve my breakfast 🥲. Overall is nice. May or may not stay again. will consider.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well decorated and clean which gave me a comfortable stay in there. What I impressed most are the services provided. We were served with welcome drinks and some vietnam sweets upon arrival. While we were briefed on the facilities and breakfast time by a staff, our luggage were sent to the room which was already in a good temperature when we got into the room. Fruits were prepared and placed on a table with a welcome card. We were also given vouchers for free cocktails on the roof top bar with a nice scenery of the lake. Further, the staff were very friendly and helpful on suggesting places to go and assisting in calling grabs to get around the area. Special thanks to Jennie who has been taking care of us during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Hanoi.

Location is good, convenient to 36 Ancient Street and Hoan Kiem Lake Scenic Area

It's a Korean hotel The meals inside are all Korean cuisine😊 All pretty good👌 But because the weather is cold, There is only an electric heater in the room. It’s not that heating and cooling are so convenient.

Good location, there are many choices for eating and coffee shops nearby, very good shopping, staying on the seventh floor of the top floor when checking in, so it is very quiet, the equipment is very new, the air conditioner is very cold, sleep well all night, the counter waiter is very good, the waitress on duty in the afternoon is very responsible for dealing with the problems I encountered, I will stay again next time I come to Hanoi and recommend it to travelers who want to stay near Hoanjian Lake.

The hotel is conveniently located at the Hanoi old quarter, which is central and walkable to all the heavy attractions. I was there over the Christmas weekend and there was road closure in the evening. Hence I got to alight from the car at another street and walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. They helped to carry my luggage up the stairs to my room at level 3 and also onto the transport when I checked out. Breakfast was ala carte and they were all delicious. Staff were kind to pack breakfast for us when we had to check out early the following day.

Stayed here twice, when we went there and when we came back. We were greeted by a very handsome boy and two girls, they were all very welcoming, that's why I chose to stay here twice. There are a lot of delicious food downstairs, I hope we can meet again next time.

Good location, near Hoam Kiem Lake and Old Quarters. Standard Room is small for 2 persons but still okey. Room facilities are quite old, bed is slightly hard.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, very near the Turtle Sword Lake. Bed was comfortable, slept well enough. Sheets and towels seem over bleached through washing (which is usually the way with these kinds of hotels). Shower and WC to a good standard. I had a balcony room which was nice to get a sense of being in the hustle and bustle of the Hanoi streets. Quiet enough at night however, no excessive noise so no problem sleeping. Overall, not bad value considering in centre of the old quarter.
