The area is 10 km from the center of Hanoi, the easiest to get to a taxi, at the usual time 4 euros, at night 10 euros. But this area is as much like modern developed cities, 10 times less noise than in the center, there are pavements, walk zones, sports zones and swimming pools. Personally, I like this option, to live in comfortable conditions, and to the center to go for anthrax, tours and business. Cafes in the area are full, under them all the first floors, food is also in the center, but the institution is gentle.

This is an apartment inside Masteri residence area so the facilities are okay.
Only the service is weird and annoying. There is no receptionist. One Chinese girl text you before the check-in to give instructions. Even the room is fully paid at booking, they ask for the deposit and will only refund at check-out. The girl can't speak Vietnamese. The guards of Vinhomes will stop you at the gate.
This is horrible experience and I will not recommend or book this hotel again. Red alert!

Very hard mattress, in oilcloth, slippery to sleep on. Woke up as if beaten, all the same as sleeping on the floor. No dishes, very poor cleaning, no washing powder, dishcloth dirty, better not to leave at all
Next to kV 2008 very noisy Vietnamese, children in the hallway from early morning and themselves do not care.
The apartment is not bad, but with the existing minuses can be worked on

I had a fantastic experience living in this apartment! The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The modern appliances and updated fixtures made daily living comfortable and enjoyable.
The building is quiet, and I always felt safe and secure here. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, promptly addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. The amenities, including the gym and rooftop terrace, were a great bonus and added to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in the city!

I had a really pleasant stay at Bunny Home in Hanoi Ocean Park. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — from kitchenware to a washing machine. The location is great, peaceful, and close to cafes and convenience stores. The host was kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out very easy. It felt comfortable like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hanoi!

The only disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to drive and park and there is a fee, which is 10,000VND for one hour. Overall, it is worth recommending.
