Hanoi Quan Nam Tu Liem Hotels

My family rent this apartment for our 1-week trip. The service is excellent, take care whenever I need. The house is very clean, tidy and has full stuffs in the kitchen when we want to cook and also have washing machine so I can do the laundry. I will definitely come and rent this home again when I visit Hanoi. 🤩💯

Very comfortable, with a warm decor, the photos are exactly like the actual stay. The room was clean and bright, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a wonderful sleep. The host was very kind, responding quickly to messages and thoughtfully providing drinking water and daily necessities. The location is close to the city center, with many restaurants and shops nearby, making life very convenient. Overall, it's a great value, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hotel chosen for family trip with elementary school men and women First of all, I was able to contact the host well and trusted with a quick and friendly answer. The hostel arrived was tidy and a family of four was enough to stay There are Korean marts, local marts and massage shops under the building, and everything you need, including Highland Starbucks. It was great location because it was Miding Koreatown across a big car road. Although it's a little far away from the city, the host, dormitory, location and surrounding environment are very satisfied. I will choose this place without hesitation for my next trip. It's really recommended

The room is spacious. Maybe due to negligence, the female waste in the bathroom was not handled, which was disgusting. The park is large, the environment is beautiful, and it is quiet in a busy place. It is a hotel with a solid foundation and large infrastructure. Due to the age and poor maintenance, some doors and windows, entrance doors, and guest room doors cannot be closed, and the wooden frames of public seats have fallen off. What's worse is that the hot water can only be used for about 10 minutes. I reported it on the first day I arrived at the hotel, and it was not resolved on the third day I left the hotel, so I couldn't take a bath. The indoor swimming pool is super large, far better than JW.

Основной целью путешествия был концерт, проходящий неподалеку от гостиницы, поэтому для меня расположение было удачное. Однако, если хочешь поехать в центр погулять, нужно приготовить 200к и час времени на такси. Спасибо ребятам на ресепшен, разместили меня в 4 утра, когда я приехала и утром помогли с адресом для такси. Кстати для такси использовала приложение Grab. В части номера: все основные удобства есть, в целом, все хорошо. Есть только пару моментов: кое-где в ванной следы плесени, у меня было 2 ночи и 2 дня, уборки не было, и со второго дня почему-то в душе перестала идти горячая вода. Для меня это некритично, но несколько неприятно. Я отель рекомендую, за такую цену очень прилично. Кровать удобная, в отеле тихо. И даже мини бар в номере есть. Недалеко от отеля есть большой супермаркет и в принципе можно найти кафешки, где покушать

Clean and quiet apartment, conveniently located near the convention center and office buildings. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Ideal for a short business trip.

We recently stayed at Hanoi Landmark 72 and had a pleasant overall experience. The service was attentive, and the city views from our room were spectacular—especially at night. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did notice that some facilities (such as the fitness center and room furnishings) are starting to show signs of aging and could use some updates. Despite this, the hotel’s prime location and efficient service made our stay enjoyable. With a bit of refurbishment, this could easily be a top-tier hotel in Hanoi again. We’d consider staying here in the future, especially if some upgrades are made.

I stayed six nights this time. I always stayed comfortably, cleaning and breakfast are very good. Close to Korean town miding, it is also good to move around.

The apartment is clean, quiet, and spacious, with a beautiful view. It’s surrounded by plenty of amenities and is conveniently located for travel and daily needs. The host is friendly, polite, and always offers attentive support. This was truly a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return on my future trips
