On the duty manager is super nice! She gave us a suite upgrade and helped recommend a great pho restaurant! Their team also helped me book several Michelin restaurants! Top notch service!

1. Hotel location: It is in a perfect location compared to the famous TOP/REYNA Hotel nearby. It's located in the middle of the Korean restaurant street. There will be no dangerous situations such as crossing the road dangerously. 2. Internal environment: It appears to have been a remodeled villa from an existing villa village. Although each room is not that big, it is of a reasonable size and has a bathroom. In addition, the condition of the air conditioner, TV, and bathroom was very good for the price during my recent frequent business trips to Vietnam. 3. External environment: If you are Korean... you are the best. No need to say anything. It's really quiet.!!! It's so quiet that you wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. 4. Breakfast: Salad, side dishes, main dish, etc... There wasn't a large variety of food, but I could feel that they paid a lot of attention to the taste and ingredients. I really enjoyed it. 5. Service: Staff who can speak Korean are always present, and if a problem arises, they come to the room right away and solve it. The service was really good. If you're really looking for a drawback...the room is a bit small...but there's no problem at all with resting. There is enough space for 2 people. Small is when compared to REYNA / TOP Hotel.

My family rent this apartment for our 1-week trip. The service is excellent, take care whenever I need. The house is very clean, tidy and has full stuffs in the kitchen when we want to cook and also have washing machine so I can do the laundry. I will definitely come and rent this home again when I visit Hanoi. 🤩💯

Sheraton West is new but it is not a new built hotel, just a re-developed hotel.  Overall is good, it is the same as typical Sheraton group hotel.  However, the price is not competitive plus the shower head design is very very poor in the toilet.  It is fixed on top of ceiling.  Even you wash your hair, the feeling is very poor.  It is design issue, all rooms are the same !

I used it for a business trip to Hanoi. It was much more comfortable and clean than I expected. I think I'll use it again next time I go to Hanoi.

First trip to hanoi! Overall stay was pleasant except for 2 things 1. the housekeeping person did not perform cleaning and check where I was almost charged for missing teaspoon in the room. It was rather unpleasant after all on my last day of check out. 2. My first breakfast was horrifying as there were a lot fruit flies sticking by the bread jams and fruits. Lastly took condition was good and view was pleasant

The room is spacious. Maybe due to negligence, the female waste in the bathroom was not handled, which was disgusting. The park is large, the environment is beautiful, and it is quiet in a busy place. It is a hotel with a solid foundation and large infrastructure. Due to the age and poor maintenance, some doors and windows, entrance doors, and guest room doors cannot be closed, and the wooden frames of public seats have fallen off. What's worse is that the hot water can only be used for about 10 minutes. I reported it on the first day I arrived at the hotel, and it was not resolved on the third day I left the hotel, so I couldn't take a bath. The indoor swimming pool is super large, far better than JW.

The hotel and staff was fabulous… I never feel that I am staying in hotel I have been to many countries hotel but this kind of hospitality I have never seen .

I always go to this hotel when I go to Hanoi on business. The environment is OK. The location is a bit remote, but you can find restaurants, shopping malls and banks nearby on foot, and it is close to clients.
