The front desk staff of the hotel is friendly and can communicate in English. If you need any service, you can directly tell the staff. The room number 101 we stayed in this time is spacious, elegant and clean. There is a simple kitchen inside, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. And when the door is closed, it is completely isolated from the outside noise and very quiet. The breakfast is buffet style, and there is also rice noodles that can be ordered separately, which is very delicious. Lovely hotel, staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated outside the ‘main’ city area, so visiting the old town etc requires getting a taxi, but it’s not expensive. There is an expensive supermarket next door and how you go to the main road and back, the only downside being if you order a taxi or delivery they may end up going there instead so check your Grab location is set to the lobby. The room was great, very spacious and clean every day. It had all the amenities we needed to heat up food or wash some clothes after a long day walking around in the heat. The fitness centre was good and the pool nice for a relax. Nearby has some nice restaurants and bars, very expat focused so not the local feel, but very good food and coffee is easily found!

Pros: The pre-check-in instructions were excellent. The apartment had everything necessary, with very convenient and well-thought-out details. The neighborhood is wonderfully peaceful in the evening. There was a welcoming snack pack provided.Cons: For me, the room was cold at 21.5°C, and the heater on the air conditioner was not working. When I mentioned this, they brought a warm blanket. Starting from 5 a.m., the street turns into a market, which is very noisy, including inside the apartment.If you plan to wake up early or are a very deep sleeper, I highly recommend this place during the warm season.

Modern place with more than you'd expect for the price but far from anything interesting in the area besides the lake. It looked really clean when I arrived but the presence of a huge cockroach running across the kitchen floor made me realize that wasn't the case. Then around 3 am I saw one on the kitchen counters near my food and dishes. Absolutely disgusting. That weekend I asked them to clean and spray for roaches, which they did and they also set traps under the fridge and washing machine. It was nice to have an insuite washer and the internet usually worked quite well and fast. The place has nice artwork and decorations. The neighborhood is quite noisy though. There's a rooster that starts crowing at 530 am every morning and doesn't STFU until about 9. There's also a cat that meows loudly and an annoying tapping sound every morning. Also the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily. Also sometimes a neighbor coughs loudly on the balcony at 2 am and smokes. The smell of the cigarette smoke can enter the bedroom. They supply you with free drinking water which is nice and the water is extremely hot. Careful to not burn yourself.

A very nice hotel — clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The room is well-maintained and decorated with everything needed for a productive business trip. The staff, Doan, Linj, Tung are friendly and helpful, and the quiet atmosphere makes it easy to rest after a long day of meetings. Great location and overall excellent experience.

The apartment is new with a lovely design and full amenities. The city-view balcony is airy and relaxing to watch the traffic at night. The staff are caring and always smiling.

a hidden underestimated gem in West Lake, Hanoi. the room is beautifully designed with timeless wooden interior, elegant emerald ceramic bowls and plates. the room comes with a full functional kitchen, refrigerator and utensils. the big TV has internet - Netflix, YouTube, cable channels. the location is fantastic: it’s opposite the temple in West Lake, where many good noodles shop located at. minutes walk to the lake. it’s a peaceful place to rest with a reasonable price in West Lake area, where real estate price tends to be higher than other parts of Hanoi. i enjoyed my stay at Maison Nha! 💯

Very new hotel, love that there is 2 shower stalls with high pressure water and firm 5 star hotel beds and bedsheets

This hotel was absolutely unreal. From the moment we arrived, we were approached with polite and kind attitudes not the staff, offered a medicinal tea during our wait and patiently assisted in locating am ATM to retrieve cash for a deposit. Every instance of our arrival and departure from the hotel for our day to day activities followed by polite greetings from the front desk staff. The view was beautiful, and the service apartment came supplied with several household objects including cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It was also equipped with a microwave which was very convenient. The location which just a 15-20 minute drive from Old Quarter, and still convenient enough for exploring by walking. There were several authentic shops and restaurants nearby which made for easy access to great meals and snacks during daily activities. I would highly recommend a stay with this hotel.

Wonderful new hotel. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. The location is a bit outside the city center, but there are regular buses, and taxis don't cost much.
