Amazing hotel with the most beautiful staff and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay at this relatively new hotel.
This hotel has everything you could need and want and I love that it was also eco friendly.
I liked that it was situated a little away from the hectic ness of Old Quarter and there were surrounding streets in Long Biên that I could explore and get everything I needed.
The staff were absolutely amazing and ever so helpful and kind. They truly made my stay one to remember forever!
Oh, and I was so lucky to have been upgraded from a standard to a superior room when I checked-in. So grateful and thankful 🙏
This hotel is a must stay when in Hanoi.

Facilities: Very complete and quite new.
Hygiene: Very clean, towels are changed every day.
Environment: Very good, quite close to the city, with a large supermarket and BIDV bank opposite.
Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and the explanation is very detailed.

2) bathroom glass door some push some pull ? and the wood door can’t keep touch with the wall

The environment is basically Ok. Foreign hotels are recommended in Ctrip. Overseas small hotels Ctrip resources cannot be covered and have pertinent evaluations. Hotel environment needs to be improved.

IL N’Y A PAS DE PISCINE, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site et la raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cet hôtel. Le personnel ne s’est pas du tout trouvé compréhensif et le check in a été très long. La chambre est très bien cependant mais éloigné du centre et impossible de s’y rendre à pied.

It's very close to work and the hotel is very big. Although it's not very new, it's very convenient. Very close to Aeon Mall. The hotel staff were very attentive and helped book a car to go to the airport which was very convenient.

GGuest UserIt's generally clean and tidy. The landlord is very enthusiastic and gave me a free upgrade to a king-size bed room with a balcony. If you want to go to the station or the airport, just ask and you will get detailed guides which are more reliable than those on the Internet. There are also many places to eat nearby, with everything you need to eat in Hanoi

AAndyDang99I stayed here for one night because I was going to Bat Trang Pottery Village. From Gia Lam Station, I headed south, passing the Aeon Mall in Long Bien on the way. The surrounding area was a quiet residential area, one block away from the main road.
The first floor in Japan is the ground floor, and the room on the top floor had a great view.
The plugs are A-type and C-type, so you can use them in Japanese outlets as long as they are voltage-clean.
I thought the cleanliness was good even for the average Japanese. Amenities included a toothbrush set, disposable comb, cotton swabs, shower cap, etc. - there was also a glass cup, refrigerator, electric kettle and ashtray. There were two pairs of sandals in the room. The firmness of the bed is standard in Vietnam, but it seems a bit hard in Japan.
There are several noodle shops in the area. I have not confirmed the convenience stores, sorry.

OOlga_sergHotel is good for your money , a couple of nights you can spend . Additionally give a blanket . The room has hot water , location is not quite successful , far from the sights , but the shopping center is close . There is a smell of moisture in the hotel . The air conditioner works well .

AAnonymous User浴室熱水器開關在浴室外面，進門開燈時候不小心關了，開關旁邊寫的越語，沒有英文，語言不通，大冬天洗了冷水澡。
房間衞生一般，服務一般，位置也比較偏。
