I stayed in this hotel last weekend , and I asked for a morning call on Monday early morning since I need to catch up on my flight to China.
On Sunday morning around 6 am, someone outside my door knocking at my door heavily and ringing the door bell, I was shocked and scared, I wanted to pretend no one is in the room so I didn’t answer right away. And that guy outside my door knocking my door heavily again and rang the bell, I was so scared so I didn’t open the door , I just ask who that is outside the door? And that was a “wake up call services” … I asked them to give me a morning call on Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that would a morning knocking door !
That was the worst part of the stay. I was alone in their hotel, even though it was a mistake , at that moment, I feel scared and unsafe.
Beside that morning call drama, the pillow the bed and the shower gel were all good !
Not super far from the church, so it’s quiet ! And there is a croissant shop downstairs is a plus !

Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area.
We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in.
Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression.

Recommend this hotel! Great clean, large rooms and staff are lovely. Pool is VERY refreshing and breakfast is very varied and delicious.
On another note - I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the travel service this hotel provides. I have never received such wonderful, prompt communication and we did a 10 day trip (many different excursions) at a very competitive price. Even when there was a hiccup with dates, he staff work tirelessly to rectify - even at 10pm!!! Highly recommend this stay - yes, some night can be slightly noisy but earplugs are provided and we slept soundly. We knew we wanted to stay central and knew the risks of that!

At first, I was offered a room on the 5th floor without an elevator. I asked for another room, now on the 3rd floor. It was tiny, with constant light, a frosted door and glass above the door, and a skylight without a curtain. A complete disgrace. The kitchen has no stove and a washing machine is for staff use only. You can hear even the slightest noise in this house.
This homestay is completely overpriced.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is centrally located downtown, making it convenient to get anywhere. The train station is just a two-minute walk away, accessible day and night. There are several museums and a Catholic church nearby. The Western restaurant on-site offers good lunch and dinner, and they even provide massage vouchers. We were offered two complimentary cocktails upon check-in. I booked two rooms. We stayed in a king-size room, and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is decent; though the variety isn't extensive, it's enough to keep you full. The hotel offers complimentary umbrellas, and the service is absolutely fantastic.

A very comfortable and affordable hostel near the old quarter and the train street. Very helpful and friendly staff. They provide towel, sleepers and locker keys with a refundable deposit. Make sure to take your own shampoo and soap.

A strategic place if you are into cafe hopping. The hotel also provides tourist attraction tour so you dont have to find other places for alrernative. Overall its a good place to stay. I would like to highlight that the breakfast is such a a simple yet hearty breakfast! I wouldnt mind staying here again for my next vacation

Everything was great. Location and staff were amazing. So welcoming. Kim organised our trip to the Ha Long Bay, Hoa Lu Tam Coc, transport and everything in between. She was amazing. Excellent communication and so helpful.

GGuest UserPerfect little touch for my husband’s birthday. The staffs were accommodating and very professional. Reception was great too. We arrived about 8pm and we didn’t have to wait long before the Check in process was completed, was ushered to a relaxing and comfortable room soon after. The room is spacious and basic amenities was there. I definitely enjoyed the pool but the jacuzzi has not been working for the entire time of my stay. There was no attendant to ask questions too though.
Overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast was great such a lovely spread.

KKemoabetsweThe hotel was everything my partner and I could’ve ever wanted in a new country .It was close to everything ,I was able to walk almost everywhere .There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and a few stores near the hotel .The room was spacious and had a mini fridge,a wardrobe and a cute little balcony .The hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay .I will definitely come back here

Even the lighting design was cute when I lay down in bed.
The hallways and lobby were also cute.
I stayed in a Superior Single room for three nights after Independence Day in September as a single woman.
The Superior Single room has twin beds and an exterior window.
The view outside the window isn't spectacular, but it does give you a glimpse into the attics of the houses in the old town.
I didn't see any other Japanese guests.
The front desk staff were very hospitable.
After check-out on the fourth day, they stored my luggage for me until my night flight, and they also let me use the bathroom on the first floor and an outlet to charge my smartphone.
They were patient with my poor English, and whenever I emailed them from the room, they replied promptly and clearly.
My room was pleasantly prepared every day.
As a new hotel, I was worried about being bitten by tropical insects, as I didn't have any experience, but even though there were no screens, I only saw two small gnats-like creatures. Maybe I brought them in from outside. There was no unpleasant smell.
Two small bottles of water were provided free of charge.
The following were slightly different from what I expected:
- This was an area of the Old Town with particularly heavy morning and evening rush hours. This street is mainly lined with hardware stores.
- There was no security deposit box in the room.
- Staff said they could look after my suitcase, but I locked it away.
- There was no toilet paper holder.
- The hotel itself had no dining options.
- There was a small cafe across the street, so that wasn't a problem.
- No conditioner.
- The room had a window facing the hallway, so I could see into my room from the hallway.
- There were curtains that could be closed.
- The hallway was stylish with an open ceiling, but it could be noisy at times unless all the rooms were quiet.
- Earplugs were enough to keep it quiet.

EElaineN.The hotel staff were genuinely some of the best I've ever encountered in all my travels, and their customer service and service recovery is top notch.
Unfortunately, the breakfast and housekeeping team can be better. Breakfast crew was rude when asked about food offerings and the housekeeping team mistakenly entered the wrong room(s) multiple times. They also make quite a loud of noise by the corridor and disturbed guests staying there since the walls were very thin.

Service: All are helpful and accomodating in which they allow me to check-in a little bit earlier. They also offer FX exchange but the rates are not that great.
