Generally the location is not that accessible to tourist attractions such as Dong Xuan Market and shopping malls. Service not that good such that the make up of the room was not done as expected after I specially went out to shop just for the staff to do their stuff. I had lit up the make up room button b4 I went out and I came back at about 3 hours later.

Tbu Hotel🏨 is in a good location. There are spas nearby. Next door is Avocado🥑 and other restaurants. Not far away are many restaurants and cafes. There are places suitable for drinking beer🍺craft beer at night. There is a big shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and warm. It is generally quiet. Except for the cleaning sound in the morning and the door lock sound, it would be better if it was quieter. The breakfast is also good. The yogurt is delicious and the bread🥖 is also good.

Hotel previously known as Nikko Hotel.. Most taxi drivers are not aware of new name. Hotel caters mainly business travellers, not suitable for tourists unless they have private car to move around town. Hotel room Facilities are clean but old. TV is 24” LED TV without Internet connection for YouTube or Netflix. FujiMart supermarket is across the road.

The interiors are a bit old-fashioned, but overall, the service is impeccable, the room is clean, housekeeping is normal, all requests were responded to promptly and efficiently. The area is quite traditional, however, if you go to the right - after a block - there is a quite decent two-story supermarket with a large selection of products. By calling Grab, you can go anywhere in Hanoi.

The room is relatively large and is located in Hanoi's Old Quarter. There is a lake nearby within walking distance. It is not far from the attractions. There are not many types of breakfast but it is filling. Hanoi breakfast rice noodles are delicious! The hotel staff is enthusiastic and answers all questions. What's surprising is that there is also a smart toilet! This price is very cost-effective!

Booked for 2 night stay. Checked-in almost at midnight hour. Hotel staff was quick to unload and carry up my luggage. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The size of the room booked was 25sqm. A very good size. King size bed. Mattress was a bit hard. Large bathroom but water pressure was a bit low with water heater turned on. Breakfast selection was good. Had breakfast for only one morning. Did not make up of the rest of the facilities such as swimming pool and sauna.

I stayed one night in this hotel at Ho Noi in June. I was staying at the 1st floor room, worrying if it would be noisy situating just at the junction road. Things turned out the be very nice and it was all serenity that I had a very good sleep. I specially love the wood elements in this hotel which I feel really comfy and warm on a rainy night.

The hotel is not new, but the room I stayed in this time was renovated and was OK. However, the disposable slippers were not replaced and they were smelly. It was really unacceptable. After the complaint, the replacement speed was quite fast. But there is one thing I want to remind my compatriots. Be especially careful when booking this hotel. No changes are accepted. You have to bear the loss of staying less. The service is OK. They helped me store and return the things I left behind. Overall, it is OK, the location is good, the rice noodles downstairs are delicious, and I will stay here again if I have the chance.

It was great to stay. Infront of the apartment, there is big shopping mall. And apartment is big and comfortable and feel safe. AC works good and nice speed wi-fi, the room condition was good. One use products are ready, toilet paper, one use tooth brush and paste. Host is very kind and contact also very fast. If you booked and hard to find the accurate address, contact to host.
