Great! Clean environment, quiet for rest, and rich breakfast

The room was incredibly spacious and definitely comfortable. The breakfast was a sad state of affairs though and the food wasn't being replenished so if you arrived at a later time you would be scooping up the scraps. If breakfast was more elaborate then the stay would have been excellent.

The hotel is located in busy area (old quarter) if not mistaken. The room was clean but abit cramped. The main issue during our stay was the water supply was interrupted during midnight when we wanted to have shower. It lasted about 15 minutes before resuming back to normal. Other than that all were ok

I stayed one week in March 2024 for my business trip to Hanoi. A very nice and large apartment . At arrival The registration desk upgraded to a larger 2 bed room at floor 5. Comfy beds and sofa. AC works well and is silent. The kitchen is very usable. The clothes washer is new and works perfectly .... Very quiet atmosphere.... The gym is too basic and small. No swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast is average and always the same.... Fresh tea, eggs, noodle soup and fruits were my morning routine. I really enjoyed staying in Nesta apartment... Very nice room cleaning staff, very professional management desk, a seamless and comfortable stay indeed. The drawback is you need to call a taxi to reach the old quarter and other city spots. But the quality and cost are great. Highly recommended

This hotel has an unbeatable location! Just a short walk to numerous local restaurants offering delicious traditional dishes. We were also within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The room was quiet, so we had a great night's sleep. Plus, we got to watch some local cultural performances right outside our window! What an amazing experience!

Very convenient location, nice breakfast, friendly staff , comfortable bed. Also quiet during the night. The rooms are a bit small and the equipment is worn and old, but everything is clean and it was good enough for us. Would come back again next time.
