Hanoi Quan Cau Giay Hotels

Location is not good, but all the others were excellent! Foods are delicious, Services are touching enough, and facilites are convenient to use. And room condition was so good. If I visit Hanoi one more time, I will book this hotel without any doubt.

Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)

My stay at this apartment was truly memorable! The central location made it extremely convenient to get around, close to attractions, restaurants and shops. I could easily walk or use public transport to explore the city. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and modern, especially with a lovely kitchenette that allowed me to cook comfortably. The host/manager was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me throughout my stay. I was really satisfied with everything and will definitely come back here on my next trips!😍

The hotel apartment is self-service and the room is very clean. If you don't like the downtown area of ​​tourist attractions, this apartment hotel is very suitable for you. It costs more than 200 RMB per night, which is not expensive. The transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the airport and Hoan Kiem Lake. You can see the night view of Hanoi from afar. The privacy is good. There are also large shopping malls and restaurants downstairs, Winmart convenience store, which is very convenient. I recommend it to everyone.

Check in was really easy with self check in. Landlord provided proper guidance for that. Apartment was spot on. It contained all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s in a central location surrounding malls, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s possible to get anything delivered via grab too. Apartment was on 22nd floor hence we had a great view of the city. It was such a cute little apartment with enough and more privacy. We had around 4 comfortable nights here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the urban area and has convenient transportation. But there was no hot water in the bathroom on the night I checked in. Breakfast is really too simple. It was too different from another restaurant next door owned by the same owner, so I had to make do with it.

I had a wonderful trip. I recommend booking a room here. I had some problems at night. The host helped me very quickly. You just need to inform the landlord and he will help you. Will come back next time.

After a flight delay and hold up with baggage at Hanoi airport it was welcoming to have the taxi transfer waiting and arrive at the hotel promptly. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room, while not particularly spacious, met all my needs. Hot water pressure was good, although the basin hot water was hotter and flowed more freely than the shower hot water. Still after the flight I really enjoyed the shower and the comfortable sleep. Waking up to an overcast and cool morning emphasized the coziness of the hotel. The window view of the river/creek was interrupted by workmen dredging but it provided some entertainment. Breakfast was very good. A great introduction to Hanoi.

This hotel previously is known as Eastin Hotel and I had been there a couple of times. The hotel is well maintained and I love the interior decorations of this hotel, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The breakfast has also wide spread of variety choice from Vietnamese to Western. Price is very reasonable and hopefully they will stay that way and improve their standard with the new hotel management.
