Tucked away in an alley, this place offers excellent facilities for the price. While not huge, it's spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The bathroom was also pristine. There's a built-in wardrobe for clothes, and they even provide two complimentary bottles of water. A big plus is the induction cooktop for preparing meals, complete with a sink, cutting board, utensils, bowls, and dish soap. The air conditioning was powerful, and there's an elevator for convenience. You use your room key card to access the main entrance. A Winmart mini-supermarket nearby is super handy. Definitely recommended for budget-conscious travelers!

We had a nice stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly! thank you Moon, Edward, Huan, and the kitchen team as well! We stayed a total of 7 days: 6 nights in a room with windows and two separate beds, and one night in a standard room. The standard room has an inside window and can be a bit noisy.
The cleaning wasn’t equally thorough every day, which was a bit disappointing.
Breakfast was good, though a little early if you’re a late sleeper.
Greetings from the ladies from Amsterdam 😊

Good price for quality and service.
Rooms are big. Nice pool and gym.
Good massage package (20% discount and 15 minutes for free).
Wi-Fi rather weak. Hotel located a bit far from center in a loud street (but good location if you aim for stadium)
I stayed at Éclectique Hanoi Homestay and the place has a very authentic atmosphere. The house has character, with simple but tasteful decor that reflects older Hanoi style. The host was welcoming and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and things to explore, which added a personal touch. The rooms are small and you can notice the age of the building in some details, but the bed was clean, there was hot water, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The neighborhood is lively, so there can be some street noise, especially in the morning.Overall, it’s suitable for someone looking to experience everyday Hanoi rather than a standard modern hotel.
Here is very nice apartment. It is cleaned and comfortable. The restaurants and convenience store is very close. I will come back. It is highly recommended
I am in Hanoi for work and this hotel is near where I need to be, but the location might not be ideal for tourists who want to stay closer to the old quarter and tourist attractions. Rooms are big and very clean, though dated. Gym has many equipment.
Easy to find out.
The room was neat and tidy.
The view from my room was not goof enough, saw a outdoor AC which the description state city view (?)
The room has a bathup. The TV will have vietnam tv cable.
The breakfast were good, they served pho too.
They have spa, gym, pool and cafe.
While stay they had a voucher 20% discount for happy hour massage and 10% discount for f&b.
No special things for honeymooners.

I booked room with queen-bed, bathtub, balcony and floor 5-8. none of this i got. Bed are 2 single bed put together. The floor was 4(finally i dont care, but i guess my original room was sold again). Balcony is inside the building. No wind and very hot. I planed to stay longer but i am already used that the descriptions are never right in Vietnam so i left next day. Outside are many small eating place at night and bussy but room still quietly. Bed not soft and would be good if it would have the right size.

Great
JJUNSEOKLocation is satisfactory
The facilities are also cold but it looks a bit old
It seems to be offset by a good price
I didn't think I'd go back next time.
GGrey~HedgeThis hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience.
The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs).
The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad.
The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

GGaryThe welcome here was great 👍. All staff are enthusiastic & helpful. The room, while compact, was more than adequate. Although my booking described city views so I was disappointed my room had no windows. Also the shower hot water was a little erratic but generally good. The bed was very comfortable and ensured restful sleeps. Breakfast was a substantial treat. The woman overseeing breakfast service was exceptional in meeting the demands of all guests. Location is very good for easy access to all attractions and amenities. I wanted to stay longer but couldn't get another booking due to the popularity of this establishment. I'd stay here again but would try to get a window next time. 👍
GGuest UserThe room flowers are very fragrant and the machine bridge is very fast and the room stalks are very good. 👍👍👍👍👍
A good place to stay.🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
YYOSHIHIKOThere is a big problem with check-in.
Nobody's here. I can't call you.
a cleaning lady who can only speak Vietnamese
and i managed to do it.
I can't recommend it to anyone who can't speak Vietnamese.
GGuest UserIt is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. It would be nice if there was a price posted in the room.

AAnton KhlevnoiOne thing to consider is the location. You can't reach the Old City on foot (you can, actually, but you'll get too tired to enjoy it). Renting a motorbike or taking a taxi is your best option.
Everything else is simply excellent! The staff is friendly, providing almost immediate responses via WhatsApp, and they'll assist you with any issues that arise.
The apartments are exceptionally well-equipped: refrigerator, microwave, stove, and most wonderful of all—a washing machine with a dryer. Choose the quick wash plus dry cycle, and within an hour, you'll have clean, dry clothes ready to wear again. There are two air conditioners as well.
The room is kept clean, and housekeeping services are included.
If you decide to rent a motorbike, you can store it indoors overnight for added security.
WWin BkkGood location near West Lake and Ho Chi Minh Museum. The check in was smooth. The room was ok. There was a cafe downstairs. I can recommend Ba Dinh Le Reveur Homestay.
