The location of the hotel is poor. When you leave the hotel there are only piles of rubbish on the left and right
with unpleasant smells
Our room on the 9th floor is spacious but we found the view out the window of a wall about a meter away disturbing, the window could not be opened.
Staff is friendly and helpful
Breakfast is sufficient.

I wanted to find a place closer to the old street, but I didn't see any convenient places on the street, so I chose this one. Overall it's not bad, the lobby is also quite warm, and there are many foreign tourists. It takes more than 1 kilometer to walk to the old street, which is not bad. The house opposite is a bit old, but it doesn't affect the indoor view. There is a street-side Vietnamese noodle when you turn left, it's very authentic!

＜Pro＞
1. Good value for money.
2. Very clean, albeit it seems a fairly old hotel.
3. Hot shower and cool enough aircon.
4. Good location. It's in a nice and quiet street slightly outside the Old Quarter. Within a local community, there are some local amenities including street stalls, cafe, eateries and hair salon all within 1-3 minutes walk.
＜CON＞
1. Housekeeper rang the doorbell at 09:30 and came into the room to check whether we had any laundry to send in.
2. No handheld shower available. Only an old-fashion fixed shower head.
3. Too dim the room (room 603) at night. But the other room (room 705) which is of the same size and type has more lights and is better lit.
4. No shaver readily available in the shower room (didn't bother to ask whether there's one upon request).
5. No ramp available at the entrance door (but doorman did help with lifting the luggage up the stairs and into the hotel).
6. Reception was not manned when we returned at appx 02:30.
