The hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to the nearby Huanjian Lake and Hanoi Opera House. There is a swimming pool and bar on the top floor of the hotel, where you can enjoy the view of the entire Hanoi city. The lobby staff are friendly and helpful to guests. The breakfast food is very delicious. It is worth visiting again next time

Good hotel in a good location. The hotel rooms are in major room of refurbishing - my shower and sink both flooded the bathroom every time they were used and it looked like it had tried to be repaired many times before. The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. The staff were amazing though and went above and beyond.
