位置很方便，就在36老街裏面，轉彎就是越南最老字號的越南米粉，但唯一的缺點是門口沒有專門的區域直接就是大門口，下車不方便。但酒店服務很到位，入住和離店都會幫忙拿行李。

Hotel well located in old Hanoi.
- The staff is really friendly!
- The swimming pool, the skybar and the breakfast room are superb.
- It is a really luxurious hotel.
Negative point: the constant noise of mopeds from 5am. We were woken up every day. We need to put in some ball casings. It is really a shame that the glazing is not more efficient :(
This is the only negative point. We were on the 9th floor in a deluxe room.

GM Premium was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Hanoi. The rooms were clean, high quality and very comfortable. The hotel ameneties catered to our needs perfectly. Vivian was an excellent host throughout our stay. She is very insightful with local knowledge and recommendations. Her sense of humour kept us in good spirits every day. We will definitely be back!
