The location was great, and we were looking forward to visiting Beer Street and the Sky Bar, but my daughter was tired so we just took it easy.
Our departure was at 5am, and two staff members were napping on the sofa while waiting.
Although they felt apologetic, they handled the situation with a smile and we were able to check out in a comfortable manner.

Great hotel in a really central location. The area was really noisy but you barely heard anything in the rooms. Rooms were well equipped and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good (not wow, but still had a good choice) - overall I’d recommend staying here /)

All the staff were kind and very relaxing. The location was also very convenient as I could walk to many famous shops. The street in front of the hotel was very lively, so I could enjoy downtown Hanoi just as I imagined.
