Today I went to the Vincom Center for Contemporary Art (VCCA), which I had been interested in. Admission was free.
I took the number 01 bus and arrived in about 25 minutes.
The bus passed in front of Hanoi Station.
It's inside the Vincom Center, so you can eat and shop there.
