When I wrote this review, I felt a little complicated. Because the staff of this hotel are all very friendly, they greet each other with smiles every day when they go out. They are very kind. I think it is because of the residents of Vietnam that I fell in love with Hanoi. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Thank you. But I must tell about its shortcomings😭💔 ①The water source is very unstable. We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t take a shower for 2 nights. There was no water halfway through the shower on the first night, but it returned to normal after that. ② There is no elevator in the room on the top floor. The clerk will help you carry your luggage up when you check in (thank you), but you can only carry it downstairs by yourself when you check out. ③The rooms on the top floor may not be used by many people. We smelled a smell as soon as we entered the room, and I wiped a lot of dust on the table myself, and the chairs were also stained... The air problem requires all windows, fans, air conditioners, and bathrooms to be closed. Leaving the door open throughout the day improved slightly. ④The air conditioner is really not cold enough, but not covering yourself with a quilt can solve the problem. ⑤The overall hotel is rather dilapidated and the hygiene is very average. It is probably at the level of a motel. ⑥My partner and I do not have nasal allergies, but we had allergies on the first day we checked in. It improved after ventilation and cleaning. (So ​​I think it is necessary to maintain ventilation + sunshine for a long time) ⑦Due to insufficient water supply (usually as shown in the photo), we did not use the bathtub in the room. When we first checked in, the bathroom was in average condition. There was a peculiar smell and other people's hair, and the containers for storing shower gel also had unclean residue. Water, a bit disappointing. I also have to talk about its advantages☺️ If some problems can be improved, I believe this will become the highest-rated hotel in the old town. ① Located in the center of the old city, it is very convenient no matter which attraction we go to. It only takes 15 minutes to walk slowly to Hoan Kiem Lake. ②It is very convenient. Basically we did not use grab to get back to the hotel because it is really close to everything. There are many stalls, shops and restaurants nearby, all of them are delicious☺️☺️Vietnamese food is very delicious! ! And there is a 24-hour circle K convenience store downstairs from the hotel. ③The hotel staff are really full of smiles, whether they are the staff at the front desk, the staff cleaning the rooms, the aunts and little sisters in the kitchen, I will remember them all😊🙏🏻You are very good ④The free breakfast is delicious, I would recommend everyone to eat its yogurt! ! It's really, really delicious. ⑤The view from the balcony of the honeymoon suite on the top floor is very, very amazing. We watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We chat and enjoy the scenery on the balcony almost every night, and enjoy local food and beer. The balcony can almost view the entire old city scenery. , very interesting. ⑥The surprise is that there is smart tv, you can use your own account to watch netflix. Taking into account all the advantages of location, price, balcony view, and exquisite furniture, I think this is a good hotel. If some problems can be improved, this will become a good hotel🙏🏻😊
