Although the hotel facilities have a sense of age but overall is good, see some locations are upgraded, to commend the hotel service staff, from bellman to reception, all the service and attitude is very professional.
There is only one drawback of this hotel, which is that the sound insulation is relatively poor, because the temple behind the hotel needs to be expanded, and the working hours are from 5 am to 11 pm, basically every day of the stay is woken up by the construction of the construction behind.
Staying at this hotel is no problem, the location is very good, but before checking in remember to prepare earplugs to sleep.

The location is quite busy and near to many local restaurants, shops, cafes, and supermarkets. The ladies at the front desk always welcoming and amazing. He hotel is very accommodating and brought ice to my room every night. If you want to be close to everything, this is the hotel!

The hotel is in a great location. You can see the cathedral to the left when you go out. The famous baguette shops bahn mi mama and cong cafe are around the church. Walk to the right for a few minutes to reach Hoan Kiem Lake, where the internet-famous French-style building Uniqlo is.
The shuttle bus stopped across the street, and the doorman quickly helped us with our luggage and opened the door to welcome us into the hotel. The welcome drink was delicious, the check-in process was smooth and fast, the counter staff was very friendly, answered all my questions, and recommended delicious and authentic traditional Vietnamese restaurants. The room I booked was the St Joseph room so it was very spacious and could open two large suitcases without any problem. The bathroom was also spacious enough. The room was also clean and comfortable. The massage at the hotel spa was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. The environment was comfortable and clean. Accommodation guests also enjoyed a 20% discount. There was no need to go to an outside spa. It was very convenient to go back to the room and sleep directly after the massage. There are even dishes made to order for breakfast, which is really good! The hotel staff always greets you warmly! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking, and very close to tourist attractions. The hotel staff are very polite. Thank you Ms. Sunny Ng for your kind reception and help. The room is not big, and the design seemed to have two single beds, but it was replaced with a double bed. So when I sat on the bed, I couldn't lean against the headboard, which was a bit tiring. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a unique design.
