My recent stay was nothing short of disappointing. It is clear that cleanliness and customer service is not their priority. The room was disgusting- dirty corners, clump of hair found on bed, broken fake nail in bathroom, mould in bathroom and on shower head, stained pillow cases and bed sheets, fake eyelash on dressing table, overall lack of hygiene which made it impossible to stay comfortably.
Staff members were consistently rude and indifferent, showing no interest in addressing concerns or ensuring a pleasant stay.
My family and I decided to check out a day earlier due to the unbearable conditions and a night that kept us all up due to the noise from ground and lower-ground floor. The receptionist didn’t bother to ask why we are leaving earlier. Their complete lack of curiosity further highlights the hotel’s disregard for guest satisfaction.
This is the worse hotel experience! Look elsewhere for a safer comfortable cleaner stay.

The location of the hotel is far away from all attraction place. However, the staff is very kind and helpful.

The overall experience at this hotel was great. The staff are all friendly. Huong, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I do recommend getting a room with a balcony as other rooms don't have any natural light. The location is good as it is close to a lot of things. Thank you!

Good location that is near to old quarter, room is clean and tidy. Free breakfast provided but hope that there is a different menu each day as it was the same for 2 days when we are there. Good place as price as decent considering it is a budget hotel.

Clean, well equipped hotel in a pretty good location. We got a high floor room with a nice balcony amd a view. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the included breakfast was substantial. I would stay here again.
