The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk guy provided very good service and patiently answered all kinds of questions. Although there was a language barrier, it did not affect communication. It was also very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. I will stay here again next time.

The room was nice and the location was OK. But the environment in Hanoi Old Town was not good. There were many pig slaughterings nearby in the morning and it was really noisy.

It's close to Hanoi Station, so it's perfect for train travel. There's a supermarket nearby that sells Japanese food, so it's convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
