Hotel was very nice when you walk in and it had a really nice perfume in the lobby. Staff was very nice. I stayed on the 8th floor and didn’t know how the shower worked so I would end up flooding the bathroom but it would rain itself a few hours later. Ask how to drain the shower! Shower pressure was also nice. There’s no elevator to the 8th floor so I got some exercise getting off the 7th floor to take the stairs up. The AC does work once you figure out how to work it. Would stay here again since it was in the middle of the city. Breakfast was fine, don’t expect too much.

We had a brief stay at the hotel at the start of our tour of wonderful Vietnam so it was adequate for a one night stop but the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The breakfast was fine but the breakfast room was not big enough to cater for the number of guests. The location of the hotel was its biggest asset.

Basic but in a great location. The breakfast was a good start to the day with an array of options. There was a problem with air quality during the time I was there, with 8 million motorbikes and ‘open’ burning in the streets doesn’t make for a healthy environment. Love Vietnam and its people! 🇻🇳

Excellent Hotel!
Our stay was excellent! The front counter staff was very helpful and arranged any activities we wanted to do. They even lent me their phone charger until i was able to buy one! The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods to choose from. The shower was HOT and the room was clean and beds were very comfortable! We would definately stay there again! Good Sized Rooms, Good Value
Good sized rooms for the Old Quarter. (Most places have such small rooms.) wonderful location, reasonable prices. Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was decent, nothing great, but good variety for a small hotel.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.
The area around the hotel is very busy - which is to be expected, considering the location. But the hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet.
Everything, from the spacious rooms to the delicious buffet breakfast was above expectations. However, it is the staff that makes it truly incredible.
