L’Hotel Solaria ha davvero un ottima posizione a due passi dal lago Thien Quang nel quartiere vecchio.
Lo staff sempre super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

這是我走過三十多個國家裡， 住過服務最最最高等的飯店。 今年五月才去住過法國諾曼第的五星級飯店， 那裡的服務遠遠比不上solaria.
我們在這裡住上兩個晚上，首先是房間本身，我們選了30平米的放房間， 放行李非常足夠， 而且廁所很大， 清潔程度沒話說。
關於飯店， 地理位置極佳， 走兩步路就到環劍湖邊， 樓下就有同集團合作的餐廳， 物美價合理， 第一天晚上就在這裡用餐。 飯店裡面也有spa 按摩💆🏻♀️， 而且房客還有七折， 我們兩天都在這裡按摩， 簡直就是優待房客。
最後我要花很多的時間來稱讚這裡的員工跟服務， 他們的用心程度是我見過最棒的而且一輩子都不會忘記。 這裡的每個員工都有讓人賓至如歸的尊榮， 而且我感覺到他們真誠的想讓客戶滿意。 他們在各個角落跟細節無微不至， 盡全力讓我們在他們的飯店最舒適方便， 有時候還會很用心的記住客戶的名字， 這種小動作整個提升了人情溫度。
第一天在飯店裡按摩我在問券裡提到一些個人的問題， 第二天再去按摩的時候員工門就會再度詢問第一天的資訊是否還有效 ?就這一句問候就可以感受到員工門無比用心。 我們只是隨口提了一句，check out 那天要去下龍灣， check out 那天飯店還幫我們準備一些水果跟水度過旅途。
飯店的早餐更是豐盛， 原本已經buffet 選擇多到不知道從何下手， 沒想到含有在menu 上更多的選擇，而且食物精緻又美味。
在這裡我要特別感謝 Grace , Susan, Cheese and Lily, 你們的服務真的讓我和老公非常impressive ， 你們的真誠跟細心的程度是我在其他的飯店沒有看過的。
我極度推薦大家住這家飯店能來體驗我所說的，我花了很多的時間寫這篇分享因為我覺得他們值得，這是我在google 評論最長的一篇，雖然我在trip.com 的第一個評論， 但字字都是親身的感受跟分享。
（結果他們現在把標準設太高了， 我從下龍灣回來住了另一家飯店就讓我們特別想念solaria )

25년 8/12 ~ 8/15 숙박하였습니다. 체크인 당시 릴리(직원분 성함이 정확히 기억나지 않네요) 라는 직원분께서 매우 친절하게 약 10분간 호텔 이용 수칙, 여행 조언, 음식점 추천(분짜집이었는데 진심으로 맛있었습니다^^) 해주셨습니다.
룸 자체도 인테리어가 너무 이쁘고, 방도 넓으며(화장실도 넓어요^^), 에어컨 등 잘 작동되어서 너무 좋았습니다. 또 조식이 무료인데 조식 퀄리티도 상당히 괜찮았습니다. *체크인날 4시 체크인한다고 하니 샌드위치, 요거트, 과일 등을 싸주쎴
숙소에서 운영하는 마사지(SOL SPA)에 대해서 30% 할인 이벤트가 있어 이용하였고 너무 만족했습니다^^
무엇보다도 숙소가 호안끼엠 호수에서 약 2분 거리, 맥주거리에서 약 7분 거리로 위치가 최고의 장점이라고 생각합니다. 하노이 오면 정말 또 이용하려고 합니다~~

트립닷컴에서 많은 할인을 해서 예약 하게 되었어요 청결 서비스 다 마음에 들었습니다 다만 아쉬운것은 뷰가 좀 아쉬웠어요 저는 4층에서 지냈는데 건물에 막혀 좋은 뷰가 아니더라구요
그것말곤 다 마음에 들었습니다 다음에는 조금 큰 방에 뷰 좋은곳을 예약 해 봐야 겠습니다

Stands out for its service from the check-in (much needed cold towel and drink on a hot day) to the meals (passionate sharing of Vietnamese delicacies) to the check-out (take home souvenir). The hotel spa is convenient, the restaurant Mia served delicious food, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful when we needed some medical assistance. Great location!
Room was a bit dated and in need of touch-ups, and not sure if they have an eco-friendly policy on bedsheets change because mine didn't look like it was changed.
