The room was clean, the front desk staff was very helpful, and English communication was no problem at all! The location is right in the old town, with snacks and convenience stores nearby. The hotel also has an elevator. The only downside is that the room lighting is a bit dim.

Clean and tidy room, breakfast, hotel interior, but the downside is that the soundproofing is not good; I could hear the elevator noise at dawn and the shower noise from other rooms.

The young lady on the receptionist was the main highlight of this hotel. She was fun, knowledgeable, helpful, and had decent English. The housekeeping staff was the problem here. We booked 4 rooms, 3 were okay but there is one room with cockroaches problem during all of our 3 nights stay (10++ cockroaches found inside his room).
