Technically outside of the Old Quarter area so there’s a little walking involved. Room was clean and neat. The only downside is the water pressure being a little slow. Staff are helpful. Airport pick up service was simple and smooth. Would recommend.

Overall good as the room is clean and Mordern.
The only issue is hot water is not consistent sometimes no hot water but when got hot water the water pressure is low.

Located in a quiet living area, but a short walking distance to places to eat and old quarter. Ery close to the Thang Long Citadel too. Close walking distance to B laundry, a small grocery store, coffe shops. Very clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. Communication was easy.
The hotel can arrange airport pick up and drop off service, which made it convenient, especially when one has a late flight arrival. We stayed there for a total of 5 nights and enjoyed the experience

Booked this place for my 5 days trip to Hanoi with my spouse. It was everything that we needed. Hotel was away from a bustling street. Clean toilet. 2 cafes serving great coffee nearby and Mr Bi Laundry 100m away if you need speedy and trusted laundry service! I would definitely be back here again.

We stayed for 3 nights 4days, the room was cleaned but in the shower room, water was slowly released from the drain. And also the location is good cause the hotel is at town center. They are friendly and kind .

This is a great building. Great location, near the action but quiet and calm. Rooms are large and well appointed. Will come again.
