The TV was broken and they wouldn't change my room. I reported this to the customer service center, but for some reason they charged me an extra fee. It was my first time in Hanoi, so I was worried about my safety and didn't complain more than necessary, but I probably won't go again.

Very nice helpful staff, the owner came by to check on me when he heard i was sick with a cold. (He speaks perfect English)
There is lots of side street experiences and exploring to do in this very local neighborhood, short easy trip to the old Quaters
