A la llegada nos notificaron que las habitaciones que teníamos reservadas no estaban disponibles así que nos trasladaron a otro hotel de inferior calidad, eso sí, por el mismo precio. Además, la persona encargada de la recepción que nos atendió, nos solicitaba con carácter urgente que cancelaremos las habitaciones que habíamos reservado para poder volver a ponerlas como disponibles. Por otra parte, el mismo no era capaz de solucionar las dudas que teníamos por lo que dejo bastante que desear

A brilliant 3 night stay here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, letting us leave our luggage with them and shower before our sleeper bus picked us up later that night. Hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter, which is perfect for access to bars and good restaurants serving local cuisine. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options each day. We got a free room upgrade, which was a plus.

The hotel is in the center of the town,walk distance from the lake,the markets,train street so we felt the energy of this unique city The stuff vey helpful,polite ,the room clean and big,the breakfast delicious We had a great eperience I honestly recomend it Thank you all who work in ths cozy hotel. The hotel is very well located in the center of Hanoi, surrounded by many restaurants and lively activities. The staff was incredibly friendly—special thanks to Tuan for helping us coordinate the Ninh Binh tour, which was an amazing experience.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL CHANGE THE RESERVATION TO MUCH LOWER RANKING HOTEL!!!! I am a tour leader for groups and I booked this hotel from Italy long before my trip. 2 days before our arrival they wrote me throught whatsapp that there were problems with the rooms and they asked if we could be moved to another Hotel - The Pilgrim hotel. Since I had a group with me, before accepting the changes, I checked the review of the option they were given and they were ok. The Pilgrim hotel had good reviews on line. When we arrived we discovered that we were not booked at the Pilgrim Hotel as I was told, but in another one, much lower in ranking (I could not even found it when I checked the first time). So my reccomendation is to not choose ether the Family Suite Hotel nether the Pilgrim Hotel, since they treat like this tourist. It they want to charge higher price for the rooms just need to charge higher from the beginning.

Julia was very helpful with our stay! And we recommend to take tours from this hotel. We booked a tour to scene village and straw hat village. Location is amazing. Everything is near by to explore! Rooms were clean and breakfast was at other location, but close and delicious! Recommend!

its a really nice place in the center of Hanoi, great people and excellent service. we booked multiple trips here to Sapa, Nin Binh, and did a Halong bay cruise . everything was wonderful and great 5/5 * would recommend if you want to stay in Hanoi.
