The location is the best because it is near Hoan Kiem Lake and close to the beer street. However, it is a little noisy at night as much as the accessibility is good. It doesn't bother me to sleep until after midnight.
The staff are all friendly, and they greet me and ask how I am doing whenever I see them. They actively help me when I need help, which I really appreciate.
The breakfast is good in buffet style, and the a la carte dishes are also great. Since 6-8 kinds of fruit are served every day, there is no need to buy fruit separately.
I would like to visit again next time I come to Hanoi.

The service of this hotel is very good. It is located next to Hoan Kiem Lake. It has a high CP value and the service staff are very polite, considerate and attentive!
The breakfast provided by the hotel is very rich and buffet-style. You can eat a variety of seasonal fruits in Vietnam, and you can also order rice noodles and omelettes. It is very delicious! The service staff are very professional and polite!
We stayed here for a week. From here we went to various scenic spots in North Vietnam, visiting Ha Long Bay, Lu Long Bay and Ban Gioc Waterfall. We came back and continued to stay, touring the old quarter of Hanoi, watching the sunrise and sunset over Hoan Kiem Lake, and visiting the Hanoi Cathedral and the Hanoi Cathedral. One Pillar Temple, as well as famous attractions such as Train Street, visit 36 Street leisurely and enjoy the fun of shopping. 
Because we were traveling around, we didn’t stay consecutively. Sometimes we would leave early and sometimes return late. We would check in and check out outside the regular hours.
The hotel staff always try their best to meet our various needs and are very considerate. This is a service quality that is rare in our travels to various countries and is worthy of high recommendation.

Environment: The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. When you go out, turn left for two to three hundred meters and you will reach the busiest pedestrian street of Hoan Kiem Lake.
Service: Tommy and the lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic and speak good English.

I have just completed a 3 night stay at the Bella Premier and have been delighted with my visit. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter and further afield. The room was great, really comfortable and had all of the essentials. You are in the centre of a busy area, but there was never too much noise. If you are a light sleeper, I would pack earplugs as standard. Plenty of options at breakfast too which was delicious. All of the team are really friendly and helpful, I liked the personal touch of making conversation and being genuinely interested in how my day was and my plans. Throughly recommend this hotel.
